I recommend Kevin for his skilled architectural design drawings, and overall construction project management. My husband and I hired Kevin in November 2020 to remodel our 1960’s split level home. Kevin stood out among competitors as being transparent when it came to costs/budget, reliable, and trustworthy. The project was delivered on time and costs were within the agreed upon range, despite lockdowns and supply chain challenges. The outcome of the project is a bright and open modern home, with several great features, thoughtfully designed for my family. Based on my experience, I would hire Kevin again for any future project.

Kevin and Emily is a great team. I was impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness. Great communication between both sides and important when dealing with changes and updates to the project drawings and the construction process on site. Our house was stuck in the 70’s and Kevin put together an amazing design which replaced our car port with a garage and gave our entire home a complete face lift while giving us so much more usable space. He somehow incorporated all our wishes and respected our budget while making the entire experience as easy as possible for us to live through. We hired Kevin to do a extensive reno of our 1970s sidesplit home.  He made the process easy, giving us various options and helpful suggestions for both exterior and interior design.  The entire project stayed on schedule, and we moved back into our dream home at the start of the summer.  Given the challenging situation with global supply chains and labour shortages, we consider ourselves extremely lucky that our project stayed on track, as many friends working with other builders have told us horror stories of project delays and huge cost overruns.  His spiderweb of industry and supplier contacts helped us with both the structural and asthetic choices we needed to make for our home, and he has been there to help us with minor tweaks and adjustments after we moved back in.Kevin was a great architect, project manager, general handyman and sometimes even therapist for us as we went through the process.  We would recommend his team to anyone looking for any large scale renovation project.
