yesterday I ordered 1 regular half and half from this location around 8:20 pm. trust me the quantity and quality of food is going up. The food was so fresh exactly the same I asked for.

I order for chicken platter with extra garlic sauce but instead of garlic sauce i get extra oil in my food. I am going to attach a pic of this. The food was totally garbage and instead of chicken i got only rice overall the experience from this location was so bad for me.

Went to this franchise for first time / very clean and staff is very friendly they respect if you have small kids accompanying you/ they were very humble and accepting kidshighly recommended.

Ordered lunch (through UbberEats delivery) on October 3, 2022 and promised myself to NEVER eat there again. My order included 2 x Mixed Grill Platters at $23.99 each. For this price, one would expect a decent meal. Wrong if you eat at Lazeez Shawarma (Chinguacousy location). Salads came with no dressing, dry lettuce leaves with tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Rice was dry and only moistened by sprinkling of tahini/garlic sauce that was on the meat. And meat...kebobs and kofta burnt on one side (one could scrape charcoal) and bone dry inside. One order was mild while the second order was medium spicy and the level of spiciness was set with amount of Cajun pepper powder on top of food (one looked more red than other). If one doesn't know that and doesn't mix food before eating, it is sure a choking hazard (eyes tearing for sure). Having said that, I could not taste anything outside of the Cajun powder heat. Lastly, order was placed with utensils box checked off and additional note to please provide forks and napkins as lunch was during a workshop session. To my surprise, neither forks nor napkins were included. How is one expected to eat a plate of food without cutlery? I called UbberEats driver, who was nice enough to make a run to get me forks and napkins. It still took extra 10 minutes before we could start eating. This restaurant failed at every step of the process. I have tasted kababs and kofta in my travels through the Middle East and what I had today (the portion of what I could eat) was a disgrace to the real dish. To think that this restaurant was voted the best Shawarma restaurant in the past years (up to 2020) only indicates that either the restaurant owners/operator has changed or people who voted, never tried their food.

I placed an order on Friday 22OCT2021 at this location for a chicken Souvlaki wrap and was told to come back in 25 minutes. I was eating my wrap and found the chicken meat would not tear while trying to bite into the meat. I immediately stopped eating and checked the meat to see raw chunks of chicken meat! It was my first time having Lazeez and I will NEVER eat here again. I tried calling this location but there is no way to leave a message or get in contact. I emailed headquarters online and still to this date, no reply! This is raw poultry and I could have gotten really sick! Shame on you all!!

I used to come here a lot but I guess now it’s not worth anymore they now start compromising with their quality of food and as well as quantity I did ordered two or three times in the hope they will give a better but now it’s not like that anymore.

This used to be a half decent place till the original workers either got fired or left the job, it’s filled with incompetent workers with a mindset that lazzez is a fast food restaurant. this location is not recommended with their poor food quality and care they served me uncooked rice covered in oil, im absolutely disappointed in what this location has become.

My son ordered a shawarma, and we ordered what we usually got but today it was way to spicy to even eat. We called them hoping for good costumer service, though all they told us was that we changed our hot sauce and u have to choose accordingly. We asked if we could get and exchange or refund, they said that they couldn’t do either because it’s not there fault we didn’t know. They told us we can come back and buy a new one but that’s it. Poor customer service and they have to make their changes more clear when purchasing the item.
