Cleaning 4U

Great service! We always call them for move-out cleaning services and they never disappoint. We were last serviced by Mara, Yeral and Fer (red team) and they were very thorough, fast, super friendly, showed up on time, and left the place spotless. I totally recommend them.

I used cleaning4u to come in a for window cleaning and kitchen cabinets, they were on time, efficient and did a great job! The crew was courteous and very accomodating., I also had a great experience with their team who manage the appointments - they accomodated my time preference and truly helped out! I recommend this company 10/10!

I appreciate the thorough job, so well done. Our balcony is an extension of our living room, the full wall of windows become invisible; sparkling clean. There is a wonderful calm to a space so lovingly clean. I am not able to climb ladders to create this space, I am grateful for the support from this team and it only takes 2 hours and the work is done!

This is the best cleaning company in Vancouver! We have used Cleaning 4U 4-5 times in the past few months, and every time, the crew has done an amazing job. From the beginning communication to following up, the team is always super responsive and efficient. They always come with multiple staff and within hours leaves our home sparkling clean! They also check upon arrival of any specific areas that you wish for them to focus on. We had a couple different requests every time, and they always make sure that we are satisfied before they leave. Highly recommend anyone in BC to use their top notch service, and we will always be their regulars. Thanks again!

The booking was simple and easy and they were very responsive via email, as it was my preference for communication. The onsite team did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. I had an issue with an unfinished appliance and Cleaning4U was responsive to ensure that it was cleaned the next business day. The cleaning agent they use repels water stains for a few days, so I didn't need to clean my vanity sink all that soon. However I found the scent too strong. All in all I was satisfied and would call them in future.

I used this company for carpet cleaning, after I spilled red wine all over my carpet (facepalm), they warned me that it's hard to get these kind of stains out, but that they would try their best. The guy who came was great, I could tell he really wanted to do a good job, and indeed they got it out completely, it looks brand new. Very happy, and the service was on time, professional, and good value. Will use them again.

The communication from the service was very good. They were early, prompt, and made sure to pay special attention to my specific instructions for the apartment. The cleaners found a small amount of money ina drawer I had forgotten and made sure I got it back - an honest and trustworthy service. I’m very satisfied.

Do not use this company! They request 80% to just book the cleaning so $150 before any work is even done. Day of the cleaners changed the time. They did the floors last and were in a rush to leave and I was unable to check the clean because I had to pick up my child from school. When we got home my toddler slipped and fell hard in the washroom. I had to immediately wash the bathroom and kitchen floors. They used a cleaning product on the tiles that was very slippery. There was a thick film on the tile where you could see footprints and streak lines. The product was not used or cleaned off correctly. I called the company to inquire about the cleaning product used and sent them pictures. They offered no apology said they will talk to a manager and call me back. 4 days later they hadn’t returned a call. I called back and they offered me $37.50 for the hour it took me to wash the kitchen and washroom floor. I didn’t get that refund till a month later and several texts, phone call. Terrible customer service and overall consideration.
