Worst place ever. I bought my laptop here for minor hinge repair. When i got my laptop back the screen was damaged and its starting to come off. I went back to them but they denied and said it was mt fault. These guys wont fix the screen which they damaged. They gave us a refund of $95 but the damage they cost to my laptop will cost $300+ to get fixed. What the f!! Such a terrible place. Dont bring your laptops here. Poor customer service. I wish i can give them zero stars.

with all honestly hands down one of the best store for pc. the guy is super honest not like the other people who wants to get more money of you. great service and was 100% satisfied. i told all my family and friends about this store and never ever i had a complaint about them. he is my day to day store for pc parts and problems

I purchased a lifetime subscription for Office 2021 Professional and installed it on my new desktop. It created a conflict with a work installation of Office 365 used on a separate laptop because I used my Microsoft account login as requested. I spent probably 8 hours on the phone with Microsoft who surprisingly could not get it to install cleanly for me. Essentially, their only solution was to obtain a new product key from the vendor (Techspot Store) and reinstall creating a new email and password account for Microsoft basically starting as a 'new customer'. I tried to contact Techspot but they have failed to respond to any of my emails. I still get all my daily emails but Customer Service has been non-existent. As a result, I can't recommend them because things don't always work as planned and backup customer service is essential and expected.

I bought a laptop for a great price. It was used, but it was faster then my friends new laptop at a similar price. Also the owner was able to give me quick service and was able to quickly provide me with some thing that I liked. I would recommend it for every one.

It's a mom pop type of business but the business owner is very professional, customer centred and knowledgable. I bought a long ethernet cable and a ethernet replicator from this shop and both these products are working great.

this is the best place to get your computer fixed or serviced! hands down!!Ive come to this location for many years and he never lets me down!He is well educated in his craft, & im surprised he's not sitting on a beach retired by now, with hall his wealth of information.5 stars :D

This guy has goldmine of gadget's and instead of buying new electronics it's good to go to these places and get them for cheaper as well as helpful to the guy owning small business, he helps in finding things from back in time.
