Never been treated worse just for having a disability kitcheners disability office is probably the worst office in Ontario ps have been to other city's in my life with the 8 years of being on disability ant the staff and no were close to being iggnorent

Great staff good service, just a few notes this office does NOT OPEN AT 8:30 IT OPENS AT 10 AM. The phones are manned at 830 but office does not officially open till 10. Also only issue currently is the fact of forced paperless without notice and without instruction on what that means to anyone

Absolutely deplorable service and help. Anytime you call, it's call half the phone book for help..... Not to mention the last 3 times I was supposed to have a dental appointment, my benifits aren't approved (600 later for cancelled appointments)Never had such a deplorable worker during this experience, she doesn't care about anything, but I mean if that's she's ever at work

I've been on odsp for a long while. And Kitchener odsp has been the most smooth sailing and easy going offices ive been to. There workers are always attentive and helpful.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life from the worker to the front office treat me like I'm a common Criminal when all I wanted was a way home pretty pathetic if I was a junkie I could get methadone and they would pay for it and they would drive me there and bring me home but because I'm just an average person with a disability I have to walk now again what wrong with this plz

Super friendly, quick, efficient and helpful. I much preferred my experience in the office as opposed to trying to reach someone via phone.

The caseworker Danielle Lehman was not professional in handling our case and she was rude when speaking with my son. She wouldn't listen to anything my son would say and would not return phone calls at all. She would do whatever she thought was right and did not look at our situation. A caseworker should not be like that. A case worker should calmly listen to the situation and then provide proper solutions that convinces their customers.
