Dollar Tree

The store looks great and well-organized. Normally come here to get crafts and party stuff. They have wide range of selections at $1.50. Very comparable price. The staff is over the moon and always willing to help.

Very disorganized and poorly displayed products. Party supplies are to the right when you enter the store, which is easily accessible and organized.That can't be said for the remaining 80% of the store...items are in a hodge-podge of undefined categories, items blending into a huge mass of mixed products in the middle aisles; the outside lanes are better organized.Soft toys are all dumped together in a confusing, overwhelming display.Items in the aisles not well defined, and single file access only - seems like they away way to much product, too little space.There are no price tags on the products nor on the shelves, which I really dislike.One-of-two Dollar Tree stores in the Victoria area, it is located next to the Cascadia Liquor store in Eagle Creek Village, there is great grocery shopping and various dining, medical and other shopping nearby.Plenty of parking available.

Came to this location all the way from downtown with my baby. Google said they were already open. Got here and the sign said they weren’t open till 10 am due to stage shortages.It’s not hard to change your opening times on google.Not impressed.

Very good to remember to check expiry dates here. Forgot to do so earlier walked out with a pop that expired Nov 2021...8 months ago.Very cluttered store. Lots of things all over the place.Staff is usually very nice, and quick on till, when restocking asiles not so much.Location is great though, a saving grace.

Well, sadly, the store has gone way down and a lot of employees are leaving that I really loved. Tonight, I was blamed for knocking a display down when I did not do it. But I am sure that someone knocked it down by accident, but I DO NOT appreciate being blamed for it today on 10/09/2022 at 6 p.m. for that. This guy was a real piece of work and really needed some mental help. This note goes out the Owner and Manager and the District Manager that your store has gone way down in the past year (ALL of the Dollar stores have) and honestly, I do not need to be blamed for knocking a display down when I have been a great customer for a year since before I even lived in Victoria. This guy obviously hates his job and wants to blame others for things. I feel bad for him and others there that someone knocked the display down, It is part of his job to clean it up. Just because I was there and all their carts have the long poles on them (They said that they do not have any without the poles, but that is a lie as I have seen them there) and although I told them I have a disability and fibromyalgia, I felt that I was treated with such disrespect. Something has to change in this place. I have been treated with such disrespect at this one and the other Dollar Tree in Tillicum Mall. Nothing is every done, so I pray someone reads this.The store is smaller, but the staff is absolutely incredible and cannot be beat. You won't find better, nicer people and they work so hard. I will support them forever. IF THE STAFF READS THIS, KNOW YOU ARE AWESOME SAUCE AND THAT YOU ALL HAVE BEEN SO KIND TO ME SINCE I MOVED TO CANADA. THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY.

This Dollar Tree is organized and I appreciate the aisles being clean and clear to bring a stroller through easily.Seasonal Products are great .Crafting products and ideas are very nice.Stocking stuffers and gifts ideas are great.

I was there today and was looking at some items, beside me a girl was stocking the shelf. She looks over at me sideways and says Yes" I say im ok

There are many good things to buy in this store, and employees are very approachable too. I hope they will put on MUSIC so that the store is not lonely and for it to be livelier. It's better to shop when there's music, and it makes me want to stay and buy more in a store—just suggesting!
