I recently got my Bernina machine serviced by Mark and it was truly a delightful experience. I had a bunch of questions for him about the machine and how it works and how to stitch certain things and he honestly knows everything there is to know. He is the sewing machine wizard! I will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend his services to everyone else :)

Just had a great experience with Mark at Colton. Honest and friendly service. Despite being short staffed, my machine was picked up quickly. Retrieval of my machine was easy and convenient. I was even able to pick up a few sewing machine needles right outside the garage. My machine is back in business and ready to continue sewing those scrub caps, masks and headbands!! Thank you Mark... highly recommended

So lucky to have these guys right in my own backyard. Quick response via email, easy drop-off, clear communication of work to be done and the cost, convenient payment via email and then text to pick-up. Maybe a bit longer than a week turnaround from drop-off to the quote, but then the repair was done quickly and nobody to blame but myself for not getting by to pick it up right away! Mark appears to really know his machines (so refreshing to find someone interested in repairing and not just throwing out and buying new!), and my machine is humming along perfectly, problem solved. Thanks Mark for the great service!

Colton Mobile services is a hidden gem for the sewing world. Their repair service is great and a rare find. I had two very different sewing machines that needed service and Colton repaired both within 1 week. One star less given as currently the only way to get their services is to drive and drop off at their repair shop which is a bit out of the way (for me at least) and I have to go back to look after another issue. However, there is a 3 month warranty on repairs, which is fantastic. Thank you for the great support!

Wonderful Service. I had been told by a well established Sewing Machine retailer in my home town that the machine was toast and was ready for landfill. Mark fixed both my machines within a week. His fees are reasonable and machines were delivered to my home in Abbotsford. He is very positive and knowledgeable. Door to door service.

I took my wife's Designer 1 in for repair. The service work come in under the expected price and the machine is working great. It did take a few days longer than expected, 8 days not 4, and when I went to pay I found out they do not take credit or debit cards which surprised me. The service was friendly and well done. Great value and I will be using Colton Service again without hesitation.

Unfortunately, my sewing machine cannot be repaired due to its age and particular missing part. However, the gentleman who helped me was extremely professional and knew immediately the make, model, age, and issues had. He greeted my vintage machine by model number off the top of his head! Will definitely come back when or if any new machine I get needs a little help.

Great service! With a simple email, they set up a time to pick up my serger! The day after pickup, I was emailed with cost of servicing. The serviced machine was ready the following day! I chose to pick it up but they would have returned it to my home a few days later! The machine works great again!
