They didn't live up to the contract that we signed. In the contract it stated that they were going to manage 3 paid social media platforms for us. When I questioned them about why I was being billed for multiple months for 3 when they were only doing work on 1, they had a series of excuses. I wasn't even asking for a refund, i simply wanted credit for the work that wasn't completed in upcoming months. They refused.If you're doing paid social media ads, this company isn't doing anything that you can't learn from a few youtube videos.

Very pleased with the professionalism from Brand & Mortar. Me and my team had looked around at several digital marketing agencies in Toronto to redevelop our website and run a Google Ads campaign.Although they weren't the cheapest option available (also not the most expensive), their presentation blew me away and I could see that they provided the best value for the price.We've since added social media management to our bundle of services from Brand & Mortar and will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.
