Aww, what a great place to kick back and enjoy the view, a bevy and a decent plate of food. Pet friendly (with friendly pets?). Pretty decent selection of various types of food so it's a good way to please a variety of tastes. Burgers are quite" cooked but could have been only that day. I've had other burgers there where it was alright. Regardless

Camping ReviewThe pros: The resort is dog friendly - they must be on leash per posted signage; the location backs onto a nice little public beach, so you don’t have to go far to enjoy the water or sun; electricity hookups worked well; the front desk girls were very pleasant to deal with; and the bathrooms were clean and key coded for access after 8:00PM (though bring loonies as the showers are $1/3minutes). Lastly, Pender Kayak Adventures is conveniently located on site for kayak tours around the bay.The cons: The “dogs on leash” rule applies to everyone except the manager, whose dog ran out into the parking lot one morning and scared a poor woman grabbing things from her car, by barking and running at her; this same dog later came up to the RV site we rented and tried to approach our dogs, who were on leash and calm until this point, causing them to start a commotion. After taking the dog elsewhere, the man it answered to later came up to us, not with an apology, but to make comments about how our dogs were being problem dogs, and stating that his wouldn’t be the only other dog we came across on the island (other dog owners were much more respectful of others) - we complained to the front desk girl, who cited we weren’t the first to complain and that she would try to sort it out; we later seen this dog running around still without a leash. The stay was expensive, over $150 for two nights; there was some rather poor live music close by that went on for some time into the night (not sure if this is a common occurrence); and the RV pad is a glorified parking lot with some grass on the backside and the main public lawn in front, there appeared to be minimal shade in the middle two spots.

Ordered the pizza, and it was very well done. Very crispy base, and it felt like the base was stale on one side before cooking. Noticed another pizza on another table and look just as overdone.Fish tacos were OK. Not particularly great though.Received a 15% discount on bill, as they [inevitably] asked 'how the first flew bites were', and I was honest.

The Port Browning Pub on Pender Island is a great spot for food and drinks with friendly service in a stunning setting. I enjoyed a delicious burger and cocktail, and appreciated the warm and welcoming staff. The pub is located right on the water, offering breathtaking views of Browning harbour and surrounding landscape. Overall, I highly recommend this pub for anyone visiting Pender Island.

We stayed in the marina for 2x nights. Great spot with very nice washrooms and showers. The one thing which was rather do so so was their laundry ... definitely needs some improvement. Otherwise fantastic place.

Nice setting, friendly staff and good service. There aren't a lot of dining options on Pender; this one is very good by any standard. The prices are reasonable, and the offer good selection of craft beer. Awesome Chicken Burger! Went twice.

We were exploring Pender Island and we were looking for a beach that we came across this resort, it looks very nicely maintained, there is a vast green space between the resort and beach with some mature trees that provide most needed shade in sunny summer days. There is an outdoor swimming pool which is perfect for kids. They also have a few tents and a trailer for glamping. A peaceful place to wind down.

Had the fat Elvis burger, and enjoyed it! Great price two. Had the house lager, but I wasn't that into it, bit malty for my tastes. It was cold and good enough to put back. The service was fast and friendly, all the TVs were showing sports. Can't wait to go back.

We had a few hours to kill while waiting for the ferry, so we came to the pub. Lots of choices for food, even if you’re gluten free. We sat out on the dock, and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful view of the bay.

Moored at the marina for two nights. Excellent communication coming in and great dock service. Like the rest of Pender water is limited but ample dock power. Bathrooms and showers clean and secure. Had drinks and dinner at the pub ( bistro was closed). Above average food (fish and chips, Caesar salad and wings). Dog friendly with beach, pool ( not heated but spotless), bike, kayak and paddle board rental on site. 10 min walk to town for food, liquor, shopping. Another Southern Gulf Island Jewel.
