Outstanding service and professional interpreters. We used them in the past for live interpretation and conference calls when dealing with our Chinese suppliers. Excellent Mandarin interpreters that are very easy to work with. They made a world of difference for us when we were at a critical point in our electronics manufacturing project and needed professional interpreters to send a clear message. I contacted this company looking for a court interpreter. They said they can provide me one and my lawyer has to contact them directly to complete the application. My lawyer spoke to them 5! times and every time they promised to send required documents but never made it. Unprofessional and unreliable company.
