Didn't give me what I ordered, and didn't tell me they were giving me something else. When I questioned it the server tried to tell me it was the sane thing. Second Cup is generally fine, the service was sub-par.

Had the matcha latte with strawberry foam. Honestly, weird combo for me. I didn't think there was enough matcha flavor either. Service was great however and it's a clean and tidy location with plenty of parking.

I used to go to this coffee shop very often, but recently, the service has decrease a lot.The waiting time is unusual, min 10 minutes for a coffee even if they don't have any other clients, they serve you the wrong coffee (happen to me 3 times in a week), and they screwed your points on the application. ÀEverything seems complicated when you visit this coffee shop. So sad, I used to go there because of their good service, even if I have another one closer to my home.

Great service. Excellent vibe and decor inside. Tons of parking. Be safe of opening hours though. They aren’t open as long as second cups in busier areas

Very friendly staff in a cozy environment. Students go there anlot to study so expect a lot of them regularly. Good food and the coffee is one of the best in Canada.

Very long wait times .... don’t go if you are in a rush in the morning!Service by one employee, a teenage girl, is really bad and annoying.Otherwise, the owners are nice.
