I can't say enough good about the service I received from ReStoring Data. They were very professional and their quotes for timing and cost were as was stated to me. They recovered all the data I was looking for after I paid another company a lot of money to do the same with no results. Thank you so much. I had a hard drive crash that wasn't retrievable via software means. ReStoring Data was able to physically recover everything. It was expensive, but you can't put a price tag on recovering family photos and pictures. They advised how long it would take and kept within that time frame. Friendly and efficient service from Ilana. Definitely recommended if you are in the same situation.

The service, the kindness, the personal and dedicated care, and the uncompromising professionalism proved to me more than once that it is possible to save and restore a lot of information stored for years and against all odds. They approached the job without any special dramas, giving a fair quote, and kept their promise to recover most of the information in the shortest possible time.They are worth every dollar - I highly recommend them.

We had an External Hdd recovery experience with these people, they might offer a service but more than the service, the customer service matters.After they confirmed they couldn't recover the data, we asked them to return the unit to the retail store they received, to complete the RMA process, unfortunately, 37 days later, by retail store follow-up, we found they simply forgot to send it back. I'm glad they didn't destroy the unit, at least.Wasted 37 days of our life. Also putting us on the same timeline waitlist.Also, asking us to pay them 33$ to return the unit, which was never disclosed before accepting the team.But when we were complaining about the service, and using slang in our correspondence, they asked us not to contact them anymore.Lmao.If you don't know how to deal with a complicated situation, CLOSE THOSE doors, and go home to have a muffin and Tea.There are many places which treat you with respect. And professionality.Not recommended.

I avoided a third party computer repair store because they would charge for their analysis and if the external hard disk drive was outside of their expertise, they would send it to a sub contractor and charge more. I searched the internet for a recovery company. ReStoring Data was the first hit. I messaged them. A representative voice messaged back and provided possible symptoms and solutions. I had to trust the representative and mailed (at their expense) my defective drive half way across the country for their analysis and comments. Their response was quick. The drive was recoverable. The only two options which I was unaware of was that I could purchase a spare Toshiba HDD from them or mail (at my expense) my own spare HDD for the transfer of recovered data to the spare drive. No worries. I wanted my data badly and sent them my HDD. Turnaround was fast and problem free. Highly recommended.

We had an issue with one of my clients USB Stick.I called around and found ReStoring Data.I spoke to the a very nice representative, and she gave me few options to recover the data of the USB Stick.The process was quick and they even paid for the shipping to send them the media drive.The recovery cost was much lower then other companies, however the service was way beyond what I expected.They recovered all the files without any issues.I was extremely pleased with the overall process and the price.Highly recommended!!!

It's like visiting a surgeon; you don't want to but they usually fix your problem. Sadly, this was my second time with a dead drive, but the second time my data was successfully recovered! After the first time, they suggested using cloud storage, but I thought it was too expensive. Now, I am reconsidering. Overall, Restoring Data does a great job and pretty quick! If I lose another drive again, I will be back. Hopefully I won't though...

I had WD Drive with 5TB and drive has physical read issues. Tried many options but no luck.Before this I never did Data Recovery and it was hard to find the right vendor who can do it.Online search shows many options, but it was hard to decide which vendor to pick.I went with Restoring Data and they did great job to recover my all Data.Very happy and satisfied with their work.Mahesh P
