I’ve been here countless times cuz I just can’t make up my mind. Every time though I get consistently helpful and professional service regardless of what I happen to be wearing that day. This is probably one of the best Coach stores in the Niagara and GTA area.

I ordered a purse online and I cancelled the order cause I changed my mind. I received my refund yesterday. I also received the purse today! Haha. Thanks for the free purse.

Absolutely disappointed in such a big brand! And their customer service!!I purchased a pair of boots online, they didn’t fit so I made online return after contacting customer service. They advised me to send the boot via courier and I will be refunded the shipping cost.I never did !! They never paid me back my money!I sent multiple emails and they said they will refund the shipping cost and still nothing happened !! That was almost 6 months ago.

Poor customer service. Store Manager can’t be any help on such a tiny thing.I bought a bag online and came to the store to get just a PAPER BAG because I wanted to give it as a gift. Imagine they refused to give me a bag. Store manager said their policy doesn’t allow them, if the store manager can’t make a decision on such a thing, so what is their responsibility lolDISAPPOINTED with this brand

I am 2 weeks late returning a Christmas present that is still perfectly wrapped and untouched. I asked to exchange the purse today for the right one and the manager said generally they don't go over the deadline. But in this case, she decided she wouldn't. Not even for an exchange. There is zero customer service here and zero effort to help the customer. I had to leave with this brand new Coach purse that I don't even want. Terrible. There is a pretentious attitude with no interest in service and no interest in a happy customer experience. I left feeling miserable about the place. I won't be back. Ever.

I walked into the store today and not even one associate offered help . There were 3 associates standing in the store just watching me and not even one came forward to even ask if I needed help.. I wanted to buy a bag today but because of the really BAD Customer service I just walked out of the store . I work in retail and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen . Will never go back to this location in Mapleview.
