Bought low profile OEM wheels from the dealership. To install the wheels they recommended for me to take to McKee's as they had specialized touchless machines. If the dealership sent me that's good enough for me. Great fast professional service.

Complete Criminals.. DON'T Go There!... Charged additionally to my agreed upon invoice.. Absolutely no indication I would be charged more. No permission was given. Only found out Denise charged me more when she started pulling some sketchy stuff with the quote on a second full set of tires I was ordering. Imagine that.. I just ordered tires from you.. You stole my money and you are about to do it again? When I called her on it, she told me to find a different place to buy tires.. AWESOME!

Called the day prior looking for 1 specific tire for my cargo trailer and they had it in stock which I was surprised after calling 4 other stores around Barrie. The lady I spoke too was pleasant and helpful. They booked me in the following day first thing to replace my tire and I also got a tire rotation for my truck. Speedy service, very helpful. Normally these people are very good. Good customer service. I've bought tires from them before. This time I had appointment for 115pm and was told to wait in my car as too many people were seated in the waiting room. 45 minutes later I was freezing in my car so went inside and told them I was cold and could I at least wait inside the building. They guys laughed thought it was funny. Anyway by this time the wait room was empty and I waited another 15 minutes inside and decided I had enough and just left. I realize this is possibly due to the virus but the customer service is lacking badly. This was not winter yet but raining and damp. You just can't warm up with the car idling on the spot. I will not go back to this place for tires. Sadly.

Ruined my new rimsWent in for a seasonal tire change over to get tires taken off my new rims and put onto some older ones for the winter. Got my rims back to see chips and scratches all over my rims. Not little ones but very significant ones on 3 of the 4 rims. I went back to deal with the manager, Sean Caron and show him the rims. He refused to take blame and instead said they were rock chips, makes sense to have rock chips on 3 of 4 rims in the same 10+ spots. Still refusing blame for ruining my rims he said the best he can do is take a look at security footage, promised he would contact me after reviewing footage in a couple of days. Waited the week and still no response as he clearly did not want to admit to the mistake. When I go to talk to him about the footage he says the cameras are down and he can’t view it. Asked him when they will be back up so he can look at his employees ruining my rims and he says they won’t ever be working again. It’s laughable how this guy can lie to customers. He said that if those were his rims he would have no problem with what happened and would not blame the tire shop. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The value of my rims is less than half now because of his mistake after only owning them for 3 months of the summer. Too bad It does not allow me to add pictures or else I would show the damage McKee did. Absolutely terrible customer service and an even worse liar. I suggest no one deals with McKee and finds someone who will treat the customers with respect.

Had an appointment for a tire change booked two weeks in advance. Arrived 10 mins before my appointment time and dropped off key. 45 mins after my appointment time, they still hadn't taken my vehicle in. No apologies either, just awkward looks from staff when I asked for my key back and to cancel. I was not going to wait longer, as I have my own customers that I'm not going to be late on just because you guys treat yours that way.

Unbelievable!! The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. We bought a new car so we told McKee we needed to pick up the old tires and exchange them for the new ones. As they weren’t open Saturday we went in on Friday, got the old tires and advised them we would be back again on Monday with the new tires. We showed up Monday only to be told there was no room! I spoke to the manager Shawn who basically said they were short staffed and moving storage units (basically we don’t want your business) so sorry you weren’t advised that you couldn’t bring the new tires back. We actually were not even selling the old tires with the old car so if we had known we wouldn’t have taken them out!!!Must be nice to make so much money you don’t need long standing clients to staywith you! I am quite frankly appalled!Over and out.

These guys are true beauties - I had an emergency situation with a loaded trailer blowing a tire, had to leave it loaded on the side of the road. I explained the situation to the manager and he fixed it right up on the spot, knowing how stressed I was. They even had helpful insight as to how to get the wheel back on without a jack (I was really in trouble). Absolutely fantastic customer service, and the work was top notch. Truly made my terrible day into a good one. Thanks again guys!

Called and got a quote on mounting and balancing some tires. After they already started to mount them they tell me it’s going to be double what they quoted me on the phone and wouldn’t even try and work with me on the price. Don’t let your staff that doesn’t know how to price jobs quote jobs over the phone. Would have shopped around to find the best price of I knew the actual price in the first place.
