Our experience working with Spence Diamonds was spectacular. Alyssa in Langley made what I thought would be an overwhelming experience of shopping for engagement rings extremely stress free. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of working inside of a budget. Because of her, I now have my dream ring. I will for sure be recommending Spence Diamonds to any of my friends.

From the time you are welcomed into the store with friendly smiles, sincere helpful assistance and a bottle of quality water to enjoy while you browse at your own pace through the literally thousands of jewelry samples up until the time when you leave, this business delivers top shelf service. They provided as much assistance as you desire, direct you to the particular area of the store where you can find many options to choose from and they invite you to take your time while navigating the large comfortable showroom. They have high quality jewelry that looks spectacular and it is custom made so as to meet your individual needs and fit your budget. I went to Langley Spence diamonds for help with selecting the perfect engagement ring. It was such a pleasure to work with Taylor. She went above and beyond, was so professional and went through every last detail with me. I couldn’t have done it without her! I would highly recommend visiting Taylor Stanger, and will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

My boyfriend bought me a 1000$ necklace from this Spence Diamond Langley location and the clasp was getting caught in the pendant and was not coming out. Instead of helping me fix it they did not believe me and charged me more money to have it fixed so it did not do this. (This is not something i did to the necklace this is a design issue) The whole experience was terrible and frustrating. We have boughten so much jewelry from them in the past and this is how they treat their customer's.

We received terrible service in contrast to the amazing service at the downtown vancouver location. We went in to have my ring sized, the person helping us was rude and answered any question with “all I can tell you is that it shouldn’t come off easily”. She made me feel terrible about myself and left a horrible taste in my mouth. Two weeks later after a much delayed resizing (out of their control, completely understandable) we went to pick up the ring to find out that it was shipped downtown despite confirming it was coming back to this location. Going in to pick it up the staff were equally unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble it’s worth going to the downtown location.

Our experience at Spence Langley was stellar! Was really on the fence going to another Spence location since my experience at the Vancouver location was dissatisfying. Glad that we took another shot. From the inception I was treated with class. Cheyenne (agent) was excellent, patient and exercised the balance of great product knowledge with a keen sense of knowing our taste. She took the time to answer our questions and provide options within our budget. Very proactive and was on top of providing updates. More importantly, there was absolutely no pressure or push to purchase during the process. Cheyenne provided such a personal and positive experience. Very passionate and goes the extra mile. Words from this review do not do justice and only slightly define the experience. Highly recommend visiting Cheyenne and this Spence Langley location to truly feel the experience! Will definitely be back.
