No less than 1 star!Yesterday I bought different stuff from the store mentionned above but sadly when we came back home we realized that one pants were broken so we went today to exchange it but unfortunately we did not find the same size.We went to the cash to ask if they have in the back but the answer was no so I asked for return.The girl on the cash told me go choose something else or she will give me a store creditI told here we were here yesterday and already bought all what we liked and needed.She said ok you will get a store credit but I did not like the idea of store credit and I explained it is not out fault, she said and not hers neither so I asked to call for her manager, she said that she is the manager so I told here great you are supposed to do something and honestly I started to get frustrated!She was very cold and said nothing except this is the policy or call customer service.So we tried to look for something else and spent 1 hour to try to find another option but as I mentioned we already had what we want and need.I went back to here and tried to be calm and told her listen and try to think for few seconds about it. We did not want to return it for nothing but it is broken"But she was always with this cold face and say nothing except she can't do anything"So I have no choice except having the store credit card.While she was processing to give it to me

Great options and prices.

Got to the store at 6:45 and was told they closed in 3 minutes becuase the mall closes at 7pm. Looks like staff just wants to leave. Asked to use the change room and was told they closed them early. Not a good experience, although the staff was polite about it

Не плохой магазин, много прикольных вещей, по качеству так себе - среднее. Детям нравиться. На сезон всегда хватает.

I dropped by Monday, November 28. Nice kept space but 2 mean staff girls who either didn't like each other, didn't like Monday's, didn't like working or a combination of the 3 reasons. All I wanted to do was try some Christmas pj's and that seemed like the biggest request I could ask of them. Shame this is where the service industry is headed towards.
