I have lived at this building for nearly 15 years. While the building is an older building, (which has its pros and cons), they have been renovating the suites as residents have been moving out over the years.The current building managers (Penny and Jeff) have been nothing but great (and have been the best building managers since I moved in here). Whenever their is a problem, just call or text and they will get it taken care of as soon as they can, and they are willing to have a chat with you or give you a hand whenever you need it.The neighborhood is also great and it is close by to most things (Walking distance to the LRT, Uptown Waterloo, and Bridgeport plaza)

Moved in a month and a half ago and the building managers Penny and Jeff have been nothing but helpful. Super friendly and a great place to live.

Lived here for a year, the building management is the best. The building is great and its close to almost everything. The management keeps the building very clean and if you ever need something fixed, the issue gets resolved right away. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, would absolutely recommend living here.

The superintendents Penny and Jeff both work very hard to make Pinegrove a nice place to live. It’s a great building and I would strongly recommend living here.

Very nice place to live. Great staff members (Penny and Jeff).Walking distance from uptown waterloo. Near to GO Station and many other amenities.

This is for Penny. A wonderful person, very helpful. Always gets the job done. Proud to call her my friend. Did an amazing job when she looked after my building on Westwood, as well as juggling other places. Sorry, don't have photos. Thanks.

Spacious apartments and the building management is highly responsive. Being so close to the Spur Line Trail also provides easy access to Uptown Waterloo.

I was living there for a year. Overall a good rental building. Some details:Good:- Location. Close to everything: shopping, uptown, etc. There is nice bike/walk trail nearby to Waterloo park, universities, and some employers. Walking distance to Grand River Hospital.Not so good:- Some apartments are bit dated. As far as I know, they start renovating them though.- Three washers and three dryers for five stories building is a joke.Excellent:- Management. All common areas and facilities are exceptionally clean and in good working order, all repair requests are made quickly, without arguing, and with good quality.
