Horrible experience. So far, out of the 2 times I've attempted to use the harveys app, neither one have ended in me eating a meal at Harvey's. What a joke. The last time I tried to complete my order at this restaurant to receive a discount, it told me the time would not allow it for some reason, which didn't make any sense. The staff were also not co-operating. They stopped other customers from ordering by not knowing how to deal with this issue. They were also not willing to give us any another deal. I was so upset at the end of trying to order and getting no where with any of the staff, I started asking the supervisor her name and the name and phone number of the manager as the service was so awful. As I did this, one of the supervisors male friends who was standing buy the food counter, was there getting free food, and got mad when I asked for the name and number. Maybe it was his gf. He then took off his shirt in the store, started yelling and wanted to fight. This was a friend of the supervisor working in the store as she was talking with him prior and trying to get him to calm down. What a joke of a business. Not only could they not help our problem with the ap, they also blamed us for not using it correctly, which was not the case, they were not willing to give us another deal, and then their friends are there drunk in the store ready to fight the customers. I think the owner needs to find new staff or maybe corporate needs a new franchisee. Anyways, it will be reported to the head office, as I've never been so dissatisfied in quite some time with a restaurant, not to mention being threatened inside of the store .

I stopped in Sunday for dinner after a long day. The lady with the pink hair was so nice! She made my burger fresh as per my request. This is the best Harvey's in town!

The cashier was super nice I loved her has a great conversation and she help my fine the best burger in the world her name was rubal. And I would definitely recommend her if you go to this fast food place

The cashier was great and we even joked about the shirt I was wearing. It was coke, they serve Pepsi. Fast and efficient. Thanks ladies!

This was the worst experience of my life. Will NEVER return to Harvey's. The customer service level is beyond negative. 15 minutes to make mushroom sauce, kid ate his burger because it was ready. They left sides under a heat lamp for the 15 mins even though we told them we wanted fresh. The employees had no desire to help customers or provide a molecule of service. Over all disgusted!!

We came with our family of 5 and our friends (+2) the food was very quick to come out and the service was excellent. I ordered the normal sized poutine, but the gravy was not hot enough to melt the cheese curds. That was unexpected as usually it is so hot that I have to wait for it to cool down to eat. So a rare -2 stars to a restaurant chain which I frequent often.

Staff is super friendly. The fries and onion rings were great. The ability to customize your toppings is a very good concept. The burgers felt short of expectations. Wasn’t your typical taste that you get from other fast food joints but maybe it’s just not for me. I would want to try their chicken entrees.

The food is delicious every time we come, and the drive thru people are always unbelievably kind. However, we came into order takeout today as we felt like eating in the dining area today rather then in the car, and the lady at the cash was extremely grouchy and impatient. She did not greet us with a smile or answer us politely when we asked a question, she was snappy! I asked if they had slushies because other harveys do, and the way she responded sounded like i should of known they didn't have any. As well, my friend forgot to ask for sauce for her french fries, so she asked for sweet and sour sauce and said she would pay for the extra sauce, and the lady started rudely asking her what it was for and saying they don’t have a button for extra sauce, and then with an attitude threw the sauce up on the counter and walked away. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Totally unprofessional, will be going through the drive thru from now on.
