Rob was fantastic! He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and very helpful when I asked a 100 questions! He was kind and patient with our puppy who wanted to slather him with kisses too! I would 1000% recommend this company for all your lock needs!

I highly recommend Rob, he helped me out of a bind at short notice on a snowy -18 degree day and I couldn't be more thankful. My 3-4 year old Schlage door locks both failed me in the cold, and I stupidly left the keys for both in the house (never again!!). Rob arrived about 40 minutes after my call, and despite the miserable weather tried every non-destructive option he could before having to angle-grind off one of the locks. Small price to pay to get back into your home!I then mentioned to Rob that I purchased a new Weiser lock from Home Depot a few days ago to replace the failing back door lock I had (guess I shouldn't have put that job on the backburner!) and he gave me some good advice and tips on the lock, as well as my existing door locks and lock brands in general. Absolute pro, nice guy, and I'll definitely use him again if I have the need!

I’m not sure who I’ve been speaking with over the phone but to keep the stores short I was extremely ripped of by a “locksmith” whom I have now found out is not legit and licensed. I had called this company inquiring on the fees because I wasn’t sure just how ripped off I had just gotten. I explained the situation about the bad locksmith and though I was not hiring this company for services he was very kind to assist me in handling this situation. I am very appreciative of his help and if I’m ever in the situation to need a locksmiths help in the future I will definitely use these guys and recommend them to others, very reasonable prices from this business !

Lino helped me pick my lock after i got locked out of my room..only took a few mins and he was very friendly and nice and pricing was affordable. 10/10 service wound 1000% recommend!

Rob arrived within 15 minutes of calling, and got me back into my apartment within 5 minutes. Good communication and painless transaction. Price was as promised, no hidden fees like some other locksmith services in the city. Will be using then again if the need arises.

Fast service and fair pricing. I was locked out and have an unusual door situation (previous owner installed lock upside down, and it's a little tight) so it was a bit of a challenge. I was impressed with the perseverance and skill of the locksmith, and had a great conversation with him in the meantime.If you are reading these reviews to figure out if this is one of those fly by night companies, rest assured, this guy was the real deal. Hopefully I won't need him anytime soon, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I was in a bind, I started my car and it locked while running with my only key as I was finishing work. AMA was telling me 18hrs..I looked up locksmith on google close to Beddington and there was someone near by. Called the number, explained my issue and he told me 15mins at 11pm! He is a real hero and I will highly recommend to anyone! So very thankful to him especially in this deep freeze he was amazing!
