Everyone is very friendly, and I was very impressed with the doctor. However, they do NOT direct bill like they listed that they do on their website, and they didn't notify of this ahead of our exam. Unfortunately, we didn't anticipate this and had to cancel our second apt because of it. I understand they just opened, but I am disappointed in their lack of communication.

Stopped in to look at the new store and was greeted by the staff right away! Prices seemed reasonable and Zully the licensed optician was very friendly and happy to show me around! Looks like a great addition to the mall!

The Staff here are so good. I didn't feel like a number but apart of the family. They went above and beyond to get me and my husband into a pair each that were affordable and easy transition for us. So Thank You Specsavers!!!!

Go to this place for eye exam and then glasses !!! VIP service for good prices!! Eva helped me get great glasses. Dr. Luu answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I didn’t have an eye test and ordered glasses based on my prescription for 2023 from another OptometristEvery staff member greeted us well. Eva and another new staff member served me. Eva supervised the entries for my order met my needs.When the glasses were ready for pickup, I received a text. Zully ensured they fit well and was very cordial throughout.I had an excellent experience.

We had an awesome experience here. They were so helpful with myself, my husband and our small kids. There was never any pressure to buy glasses but super helpful when we decided to. The doctor was great at explaining everything. The staff was so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!
