Visited LX Hausys Canada’s showroom in Concord today to get a better idea of our choices. Wanted to look at the slab in person. We were greeted immediately by Isaac. Super friendly and professional. We went to LG Hausys Concord and dealt with Calvin. He was so knowledgeable in the quartz countertops and provided us with some great information. We actually selected a different countertop due to the comparisons he provided and was so pleasant.

Recently, the countertops were installed by Viatera for kitchen and bathrooms. It looks very nice and I feel my home is very new!

Went with my mother on Jan 25, 2022 after visiting two other stone importers; one closed their showroom until Jan 30 because of a Covid issue and another allowed appointment only visits to their showroom on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.We were quickly greeted by one team member who said that another team member was going to help us and that individual, Calvin, appeared almost as soon as the other guy finished his sentence.Calvin was fantastic; great disposition, patient, and genuinely keen on providing information to help is in the decision making process, and offering suggestions for options as well.They don't sell directly to the public as they are Business to Business company (meaning they sell to retailers, developers or industry clients)... retail stone/ countertop businesses send their clients to imports such as LX Hausys to see what a full slab looks like with all its patterns (it was great to see).We really liked the experience we had dealing with Calvin and highly recommend visiting their showroom.Thank you Calvin at LX Huasys and the other team member who greeted us upon arrival; you're both quite the professionals and reflect well on your company.I highly recommend that anyone looking for quartz go and check out their showroom.

Beautiful showroom (and access to warehouse) that makes it possible to view the large slabs of quartz. Calvin was kind and knowledgeable, offering information and advice to help me in choosing the perfect colour. So many lovely quartz choices!
