Dollarama

I recently visited the Dollarama store at 4721 Hwy 7, Unionville, and was deeply disappointed by the rude and unhelpful staff. In this day and age, it's unacceptable to encounter such hostility when it costs nothing to show kindness. Basic courtesy and good customer service were completely absent. I strongly advise against visiting this location as the poor treatment of customers is unacceptable.

Great Dollarama location, outside of a plaza. It can be busy at times, so parking becomes limited due to the amount of available spots they have. It's close to Markville place, so it is convenient if you need to do shopping at various of stores in a short amount of time. Don't let the outside of it fool you: the inside is bigger than how it may appear, and it's typically low volume, even during it's busy hours. Moreover, there's another Dollarama 10 minutes away if you can't find what you're looking for.

This place is friendly clean and well stalked up but the employees look overwhelmed with work and the 1 cashier takes on the job of 2 people helping a line of more than 9 people on 2 different cash registers. There should always be 2 cashiers as this place is always busy

We have been loyal customers of Dollarama at Kennedy & HWY 7 (4721 Hwy 7, Unionville, ON) for years, spending tens of thousands of dollars every year at their store, buying supplies and materials for our school. However, our recent experience with their customer service was utterly disappointing.We visited the store to purchase bulk baskets but realized shortly after paying that we needed a different size. Despite explaining the situation to the staff and later to the manager over the phone, they adamantly refused to allow an exchange. This led to a heated dispute, marked by raised voices and a complete lack of understanding.The most disheartening aspect was the manager's behavior during the phone conversation. She talked over us, preventing us from fully expressing our concerns, and then abruptly hung up, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.As long-time customers, we expected better treatment and a willingness to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Dollarama at Kennedy & HWY 7 fell far short of meeting these expectations. The lack of empathy, unprofessionalism, and dismissive attitude demonstrated by the staff and manager were truly unacceptable.Regrettably, we have decided not to return to this location, and we advise other customers to be cautious about the poor customer service they might encounter.In summary, our experience with Dollarama at Kennedy & HWY 7 was characterized by terrible customer service. We will no longer support this location due to the disrespectful treatment we received as loyal customers.

I love this Dollarama! Many things there are really cheap. Compared with other Dollarama, there are more kinds of snacks in this one. And the artificial flowers here are very beautiful. Always many people.

It was actually great Dollar Store here. They do not allowed to many people going in at one time. I did wait a bit before I could get into the store. I found Christmas light and some Christmas ornaments that other Dollarama doesn't have. it has a lot of parking. the store is clean. Yesterday I went they had three cashiers. there wasn't much wait time. I definitely recommend this Dollarama

Recently, I visited Dollarama which was located at Food Land, 4721 Hwy 7, Unionville, ON L3R 1M7. It's a great money saver store and all stuff price is below 5 dollars. If you are new comer in Canada; you must visit Dollarama because you can buy a lot of stuff related to all household items rather it's decorating, baking, laundry or kids toys etc.from there. The name was coined to portray the products that were sold for the value of a dollar but not anymore. Most products cost more than a dollar. Even than it is an interesting place to viist. A lot of times small knick knacks that you need could be found in Dollarama. The only downside is that you cannot return any stuff after the purchase.

Great place for toys and snacks. Very friendly staff. Store is clean and not too busy on weekdays.
