Prep'n Sell

I was quite impressed by the quick response which I received from Prep'n Sell. We had an emergency whereby we needed to have a Condo cleaned as the new tenants were moving in the next day. Suffice it to say Mr. Dave Collier (President) came to our rescue by realizing our predicament and went out of his way to reschedule their appointments to fit us in.Dave sent in his people (Ron and Crew) and they did an amazing job of cleaning and preparing the apartment for the new tenants. This is nothing short of going above and beyond on such short notice and truly deserves a 5+ STAR** rating.

Consistently great work from Dave and the crew. Rapid response, total understanding of timelines involved in getting homes ready for sale, terrific handling of situations when the unexpected arises!

Kim and Frank Scott were professional amd reliable from the get go. They saw our vision and worked hard to meet our expectations. From design and shopping consultations to numerous phone calls and texts to make sure things were going as planned and schedule they were responsive and always there to discuss every aspect of the renovation. The end result was even better than we could have asked for and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again in the future!

I am so impressed with the speedy response from Kim, and was a little nervous to hire Frank / handyman for two days to help prep for the sale of my house. He exceeded beyond my expectations and so happy with all of the work that he did. I listed my house two days after he left, and sold it within 72 hours. I truly believe that it wouldn't have happened this quick if I hadn't hired Prep'n Sell. Would highly recommend!

We have used Prep'n Sell twice in the past 2 years and I highly recommend their services. Most recently we used Prep'n Sell to clean a house that we purchased as a rental property. We ran late on our renovations and the cleaning crew from Prep'n Sell had to work around carpenters that were still plastering and sanding. They did so happily, even though it meant re-cleaning some areas 2-3 times that day. The cleaners were on time, friendly and thorough. We were very satisfied with their work and the ease of doing business with Prep'n Sell.

During the summer of 2014 I had Prep'n Sell come to my home & install carpet throughout the dining room, living room, hallway & the stairs leading to the second floor. They came out & took the measurements, brought numerous samples for me to look at & made the best recommendations for my carpeting. I have two dogs that play hard & I needed a carpet that could withstand the punishment it would get from them but still look elegant. In no time I had beautiful carpeting. The installers did a great job as well. At that point I decided to put new tile in my entrance & kitchen. there again a difficult task as I have a farm & we don't always take our boots off coming into the kitchen. Prep'n Sell recommended a great looking tile, 18 square & it looks like ceramic with grout lines. It has a nice texture & wears like iron. Great experience & highly recommend Prep'n Sell !!"

“Prep n'Sell damaged the elevator carrying the heavy debris out of my late brother's condominium during their renovation.“David Collier, the president of Prep n'Sell, assured me he would pay for the damage and I would get my $300 elevator deposit back.“But when it came time to close the sale, my lawyer told me there was a problem and I had to pay an additional $837.92 for the elevator repair bill (which was initially $796.65 + a liens fee of $41.27).“David Collier of Prep n'Sell – after numerous emails from me – eventually gave me $300 and then refused to pay the additional $537.92 he owed for damaging the elevator.”...David Collier is now saying that his contractors got the property management so upset with them, that the property manager decided to engage in criminal fraud just to get back at them. And unfortunately, missing them, hit me.What kind of contractors cause someone to engage in criminal fraud? What kind of contractors cause someone to develop such a vendetta?If you ever happen to be talking to David Collier and he says something, like 'I will take care of it,' immediately run and get a piece of paper and right it down and make him sign it.He told me he would take care of it. And he didn't.
