Went to this store today to buy shoes. They do not have my size. As I was making my way to the exit a young lady asked if she could help me. I told her my story. She checked online if any other stores had my size. The store at WEM did. She offered to bring them in from that store or she could phone there to have them set aside. I decided to make the trip to WEM and her directions were spot on. Transaction was easy Peasy Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. Sorry I did not catch your name.

Very good store. Looked online first to make sure my products were actually available. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had more stock than stated online. Very knowledgeable staff that could help me in finding the right boots for me. I felt very well advised at this Mark‘s location. If you have any questions they will be answered professionally.

Staff were nice but their clothes selection was not as good as other locations. Could not find many pants with 34 length. Had to buy 32" lenght flood pants"

The store was clean and bright. Everything was organized and easy to find. The fitting rooms were accessible. The staff member who was working cash was extremely pleasant and made genuine conversation with us. Overall, it was a great retail experience.

I bought a pair of work shoes online and have it shipped to home, however, the shoes were too big. I brought them back in-store for an exchange, the staffs were very nice and helpful in guiding me to re-select the proper size.
