Where is my shampoo? When do you bring it? Should I wait a month or what? People are forced to hunt for essential goods in peacetime!!! What's the attitude? I am allergic to all other shampoos and only Hask Biotin boost suits me, this is important for many people, stop creating an artificial deficiency in all of your shops !!!! Put on the shelves everything that is not available, buy more goods if you don’t have it!!!!P.S.Hello, thank you for your reply)So, you had only 4items?Put it on shelves, don’t hide it in your storage…

Went in looking for butane gas for lighters, I didn't know London's Drugs carried it or not. I thought it couldn't hurt to run in and ask. I went in and asked, they do not. The worker in blue shirt, hopefully not the manager because if it were he needs to be more mindful and less nosey.He kept grilling me why I needed it. I told him already what it's for. There are only so many uses for butane lighter, like sparking a fire and starting fires. Common sense isn't common these days. Did VPD send him on a mission to solve what butane is used for? Smh.

Great customer service. I ordered chocolate bar that my sister loves to give as gift for online pick up. There was mistake in inventory and store did not actually have it. Instead of cancelling my order like every other LD store I used do, they found another store and transferred it in for me. It took extra couple days, but I did not mind it. They also included a very lovely thank you note. Will for sure be going to this location more often!

One of the busiest days of the year for retail. The store was busier than I have ever seen it. We are all lined up with full baskets..why only one person serving and 2 out of 3 self serve checkouts not functioning? I can count at least 7 employees in the store but only one taking payment. My request for a manager to improve the situation is dismissed with the wave of a hand she's inside". I never thought that I'd prefer Shoppers but after this experience

The front cash supervisor I found quite rude. She is tall with long hair (blonde and grey.) I tried to return some terrible zinc sunscreen and she said it's almost done so I'm going to decline." I tried the sunscreen one day at the beach but it was definitely not almost empty and the product was terrible. The initial cashier from Brazil was very kind and polite though. My issue isn't that the manager declined the return (no problem if you can't do it). My issue is the way that she (the front desk manager) spoke to me. She could have been much more empathetic and and much more polite. She kept saying over and over that that it was almost empty (very condescending.) Thumbs down overall experience!"

This is so wonderful that London Drugs Vancouver House has actually put their Christmas Eve and Christmas Day hours on google - this is the first store I’ve seen do that. Many, many thanks.

it´s a nice store. Staff was helpful when I was looking for items, and I agree with a lot of the other reviews., but one sticking point, otherwise, five stars. The cashier is a young man, person of colour, seems very nice and kind, but I felt embarrassed the way he was being treated, by a white female customer in front of me, who was just really rude to him, and then noticed his supervisor had rather a rough way of speaking to him , as well as distracting him while we were doing our transaction. i don't know but I suspect he was being targeted with microaggressions because of his race, and I really hope customers, and other staff treat him with more respect.

Be very careful when you purchase from this store, they put wrong price tag for different products for misleading the customers for marketing purposes and when I mentioned it they just apologized but this is only happened when you realized otherwise you never be noticed and you will pay much more than they advertised, check the products number and be sure it matches with the price tag even it is under the product.

The place is big and clean, staff are helpful and friendly, they have a great range of products here, can be a little difficult to navigate around to find something, does feel like everything is everywhere, but been here few times and I can tell they are slowly trying to organise it more, but I will say it's my favourite London drugs in downtown, just cause it's less busy and it's a clean store. They have some good deals as well.
