There’s urine in the stairway. smells like smoke everywhere there’s spit on the elevator buttons

Great apartment building to live in. Right next to a commercial plaza full of food stores and other useful convenient shops. Would highly recommend living here or nearby to enjoy the Peterborough community to its fullest. One small problem being the small community of apartment owners may or may not be to your liking whether you prefer knowing your neighbors and having a relationship with them or not.

Literally the worst place to rent. I have literally seen someone pee in the stairwell while I visited my friend. The owners clearly do not care
