Amazing place to serve the customer in propper maner and I am glad to become a customer, please visit this store for any imposible alterations

Hands down, the best cleaners in Markham! I bring them all my designer pieces, to be returned with great results. They really care for every client's garment as much as the clients themselves! Nothing beats their quick turnaround time, impeccable quality of work, AND their price! Definitely recommend.

My wife called J&S for an estimate for dry cleaning a black long spring coat and they took the details of the coat and gave her an exact price, which was better than the other 2 stores she had talked to. Seeing that J&S's google review ratings were good despite very few reviews, she took a chance and took the coat in for cleaning and they kept the estimate. Very honest people. After a few days, the coat came out very clean with stains removed. My wife can't be happier!

Great service! I called the place on a Monday to ask questions and the person on the phone was very nice. When I brought my dress on the same day, they gave me a quote and gave me a receipt. I just needed my dress shortened a bit. The total was $15. The next day on Tuesday, he called me again saying my dress was ready to be picked up. Super fast service and the staff member was really nice. Highly recommend this place if you need to get clothes altered. Give them a call before hand to ask any questions. I went to this place with the new owner. 10/10 service.

Dry cleaning services are good, they do a decent job at a reasonable price. However the male that works on Saturdays only (not the owner) does not wear a proper mask, it is not tight enough and is always falling off his face. He really needs to be a proper mask that covers his face properly. This makes me really uncomfortable, therefore I won’t be coming here anymore

Amazing service. They accommodated my last minute request about having my stained Dress ready for next-day pick up, and it looks as good as new. I highly recommend this place

I visited on Saturday this shop for my pants. I needed alteration. The guy who was working on Saturday, without proper looking said me it is impossible to alter. There was plenty of space. I am surprised)) Eventually, another shop close to this place did it so easily)

I went to few other places for alterations. Out of all those places, the best alteration place hands down is J&S Cleaners in Unionville, Markham. Thank you for taking good care of my pants and hemming them just to my perfection. I will definitely come back to you for all my laundry and alteration needs.

I have been a customer of J&S for a couple of years before the current owner took over in summer 2021. The new owner offers great service with very good prices. In one recent occasion, I had a shirt with some extremely tricky strains. I googled and understood it's near impossible to remove them. Then I took the shirt to 3 other cleaners with 4+ rating on Google Review in the ward and asked if they can clean it for me. No one dared to try and simply said there's no way to remove it (and offered me very valid explanations). I took it to J&S and the owner was willing to try without a doubt. And he asked me not to expect the strains (a few spots all over the shirt actually) would be 100% gone even if he manage to find a way to do it. A few days later he told me the shirt was not ready as he was not satisfied with the results and asked me to gave him 2 more days. The ultimately outcome? All strains over the shirt are 100% gone, and they only charged me a regular price despite the fact that their team had definitely spent 10x time to work on it. Thanks, J&S!

I had three dress pants (that are expensive) hemmed and they totally ruined my pants!!! It was absolutely the worst & horrible hemming they did. The stitches went through from inside to outside. How am I supposed to wear these pants with stitches shown on the outside of pants??? I was so upset, I wanted to cry. I wished I could go back in time and didn’t go to J&S Cleaners & Alterations!!!
