My Dyson V10 died. I took it to this store this morning. He looked at the vacuum and quicly identified what the problem was. I was able to come out of the store with a working vacuum. He did not try to sell a new battery saying it should still be good enough.The man there was very nice and helpful. I was very please with the service I received. I would highly recommend this shop for services.

Jason at The Vacuum Shop was awesome!! Customer service is top notch !! He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional.Within 4 hours of calling The Vacuum Shop saying my central vac broke ( bought. 3 years ago from a different store) , I had a new central vac installed by Jason! My new central vac is top quality !! I would highly recommend purchasing from The Vacuum Shop !!! You will not be disappointed !!

I purchased my 1st central vac in 2008 from Jason and his store. 13 years later when my motor broke down I went back to him and remembered who I was. We negotiated for a new central vac which I thought was a fair price. I decided to do the installation myself as it looked straight forward.When i encountered some problems. I called Jason and he came by to help me get it installed properly. Great Service!!!

This place was great. I brought a sewing machine in to be serviced and they fixed the issue, serviced the machine and made it better than ever. They provided tips on how to maintain it and keep it running properly. Also they were super friendly and professional 5 out of 5

Just bought a central vacuum hose kit from Jay on Dec 31 because my other one broke. He offered exceptional customer service the moment I walked into the store. Jay provided a couple options for hose kits and didn't push the sale of the more expensive one and explained all the different features of each.

Needed to repair a Centra Vac I recently purchased. I checked out the reviews and can honestly say that I was super impressed on how quickly they diagnosed and provided me with a solution. They suggested that I swap out the motor (it died). Given I wasn’t going to be using it routinely, they had a refurbished motor that wouldn’t completely break the bank (glad they suggested it!).Very professional, talented and really know their way around vacuums. I will definitely consider them or recommend them.
