A great online shop! I ordered some skateboard parts at a GREAT price and they arrived in just a couple days. As bad luck would have it, I was mistakenly shipped an incorrect but similar product. I contacted them by email and a refund was issued immediately followed by a friendly response… I placed another order within three days. This is a shop you can trust.

Excellent service. They had the longboard model I was looking for in stock, so I just went to the store, knocked on the door, talked to the very nice commis and paid for it over the phone. Simple comme bonjour. Note that they don't have in store shopping at this time, so you'll need to ask a person for the exact product you're looking for, or buy online and pick up at the store. No browsing or trying stuff out unfortunately.

I purchased a 156 Nitro Nomad Splitboard on Black Friday, November 25th as it was a great deal. 40% off. Right on! I can finally afford a board of my own and get out touring. I then purchased some skins on sale too that are made for the 156 nitro nomad. 4 days later I get a message from Sport Radical Boutique:Hi Austin,Unfortunately, the item you ordered isn't in stock. We're sorry for the inconvenients this may cause. You will receive a refund shortly after this mail.Thank youMichaelA couple things are quite frustrating.1. You put up amazing online deals for the best online shopping time of the year. Deals that you can’t commit too. People make purchases of your product and your advertised deals and then don’t get the product. I stopped looking for other splitboard Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals because I thought I had a great board for a great price. You waited 4 days just to tell me you can’t fulfill your end of our financial deal. I have purchased skins that I can’t use now.2. The Nitro Nomad 156 splitboard I bought and your canceled is STILL UP FOR SALE ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR 40% OFF. Why would you cancel my order and continue to sell the board on your website.Extremely frustrating now that most deals are gone.The right thing to do here is offer me the same deal on another board. Don’t just sluff me off with a canceled order. Have some integrity behind your offers.

I ordered from sport radical as none of the local shops in the Vancouver BC area had the exact length of the model skis I was looking for… The entire experience was amazingly painless, when they contacted me by phone and I verified the length I was purchasing it and realized that I bought skis that are too short - they were able to fix my mistake with the bigger size in stock and mounted bindings and shipped SAME DAY so as to make sure they arrived for Christmas!!! Just really great, helpful, painless service. Thanks!!
