I can't say enough good things about Crest Tech and about Abhi. I've worked with Abhi on a number of projects over the last few months and have been thrilled with everything. Abhi is super responsive and easy to communicate with. I have worked with other shops that just say yes to everything, only to bring up issues halfway through the job. Excellent customer service with a genuine desire to help!I had a small onetime task that I needed help with, far below their capability and capacity, yet there was no hesitation in their willingness to help. As soon as they explained the risks involved, they set to work and quickly achieved the best-case outcome. I don't use the services of a machine shop often, but I will now be calling here first from now on.

Great company, very accommodating to rush service. We had a clothing manufacturing machine break down on a Friday afternoon. Sagar Patel and his team worked on the weekend to machine a replacement part, ready for Monday morning!!At first we weren’t sure if it was a joke, but after receiving the part and seeing it for ourselves, we were over the moon.Their facility is very modern, clean and professional. I met their production manager to review the intricate details of our part and they understood everything without having to repeat it twice!We can confidently recommend this company and will use them again in the future. They saved us thousands of dollars in machine downtime as the OEM part would have come from Japan.Keep it up Sagar and team!
