Yesterday (June 5 ) I ordered a shawarma - everything looked delicious, I was hungry and ate quickly, but the rice turned out to be sour - I was poisoned. Please make sure your products are fresh.

Amazing store with kind and friendly worker. Placed an order with 3 menu items all specified to have scorchin’ hot hot sauce and worker called me to make sure I placed it right. Thank you for caring about your customers.Food was fresh, portions were great and taste was amazing. Exponentially better than that disappointment of a store at YorkU location. My orders there always had an issue and the portions were poor.Definitely recommend this location and will be ordering from this store from now on. Highly satisfied.

I am an osmows fan but tonight i had the worst experience with this branch. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap. There were 2 employees in the store.There was a trainee girl who made my wrap, or I rather say destroyed it. She put very less filling and the who who was supposed to train her was laughing from far how bad she was making it. He saw me and came to help the girl. She couldn’t even fold the wrap properly (image attached) there is no garlic sauce in the wrap! While packing the guy said “sorry she is a trainee” I was already disappointed but stupid kind to eat it first before judging. How are you treating your customers as lab rats? Why was i given something bad made by a trainee!?I have worked in fast food for 4 years and i have never seen trainee’s cooked food given to the customer, especially when its made sooo wrong! I bought it from my hard earned money and the wrap i got, I wouldn’t even pay 2$ for this!Is customer service is a joke to you? I am so disappointed at all thiis! Both of them were laughing at this wrap and they still decided to give it to me.

It's a good restaurant with clean atmosphere and nice people. Manager's fun to talk and joke to when ordering your food, especially given how there were only two people working there. For cars passing by, this is a good shawarma stop to get your fill.

The staff, especially the manager is amazing! Very friendly and helpful, you can tell he is passionate about the food he is making. This is the BEST Osmos I have tasted, the falafel here stands out from all the other locations I have been to and its not greasy which is amazing. The service was very fast and the food presentation was beautiful as well. Definitely my new go to location!
