My boyfriend had ordered a large fry and and a small fry from here with the rest of our order. absolutely no fries in the bag, even though he had paid for them. the workers didn’t even say anything, he didn’t notice that there was no fries in the bag until he had gotten home

Very rude young lady at the front was looking for 2 pieces of chicken at 430 and they said they were sold out. I asked if there making more and she turned to the other guy and spoke with him and said the wait would be 20mins when I told them I'd wait they started talking again. You could tell they just didn't want to make more. Worst experience this place customer service is always bad

I asked for something on the menu and it was about 40%more than advertised so I told them to forget itOther than that the food was fine but focus on consistency between your menu for choices 12.99 advertised should not go to 17.24

KFC at actual KFC location vs the one in mall are two diff things not the same. Lessons learnt.

Worst service by 2,3 employees (don’t want to mention their name)even though I know the name…. No respect for customers and waiting period is tooo much even though just a single order and if we ask , the response is it’s his/her first day , but not because we see them too often .please hire people who really need money not for whose tummy is full…… and tell them to keep their attitude outside not in work station ,most of the employees are not worth for tips for their tips bin…..

I work close to this location and it usually my go to for lunch . Today I was served with something gone bad on my chicken burger either the mayo or lettuce . No not possible can't take it back " . Wil never eat here again !"
