We found Yevhen on Homestars and were impressed with his reviews. I called him yesterday afternoon about my oven that would no longer heat up. He gave me a 4 hour window to come check out my oven today and arrived at the start of the 4 hours, after texting me to tell me he would be arriving shortly. It then took him no time at all to diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate that included quotes for if the problem was a smaller issue or, less likely a bigger issue so I was aware of the possible outcomes. He also kindly gave me time to decide if I wanted to go through with the repair and then came back the same day with the part needed. Lucky for us, in the end, it was the smaller less expensive issue that was the problem and our oven is back to working again! We wound happily reach out to Yevhen again for any other appliance repair…although fingers crossed we won’t need to!! Thanks Yevhen!

Yevhen is a great communicator and is very knowledgeable at what he does. When my dryer stopped working, Yevhen did a quick diagnosis which pointed to the circuit board being the problem. When i got a new part, he arrived and fixed the machine without even me being there.Would highly recommend him!

Yevhen is seriously talented at what he does. He totally knows the main problem messing up my microwave/vent combo and how to fix it, no doubt. I had a problem with my refrigerator, called Yevhen who came to my home the next day to fix it. He clearly explained what the cause of the problem was and was able to fix it in a timely fashion. I am so impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Yevhen Pankratenko has. Our built-in Bosch oven had what turned out to be a challenging malfunction. The first person we called was not able to figure it out. Yevhen was the second person I called, and wow, he was incredible! He not only had excellent knowledge and diagnosed the problem right away, but was able to order the part and repaired it so quickly within 3 days! Yevhen was very courteous and knowledgeable.He was able to fix my builtin oven. I also had a builtin microwave with this but due to the part not being available he could not repair it.However I had a similar microwave which he was able to use it to replace my builtin one.I was pleased with the outcome of his work.Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend him for any other work of this nature.

Yevhen is professional, knowledgeable and polite. My dishwasher was not draining and i couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was. Turns out it was the drain hose itself. His process is very transparent. He showed me the cost of the part being installed, explained everything he was doing as well as his labour charges. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever need an appliance fixed or installed. He also gave great advice on future maintenance for the dishwasher. He finished the job in less than an hour.

I needed service for both my dishwasher and stove. Yevhen diagnosed both quickly, repaired the stove quickly and helped me problem solve a few unusual quirks which makes it inadvisable to repair the dishwasher. I will call him again, will use him when I have new appliances installed and will recommend him to friends.
