Great shop with athlete owners who know their stuff. They carry all the best athlete chosen brands and the owner Jimmy is super knowledgeable and friendly.Prices are the best I have seen offline and online.

A-line was super friendly and helpful when I was looking for a new fork. Found what I needed at A-line at a discounted price but was worried they wouldn't want to ship a sale item. They had no issue shipping it to me the very next day. Awesome!

Since I discovered this local bike shop last summer they have not disappointed me whenever I visit. Customer service is always great and friendly. Staff are always willing to help me locate a particular product and the prices and sales are good.I will continue to visit A Line Sports for my mountain bike equipment needs!

Im from Vancouver island and had been looking for a specific bike that was not available on the entire island, after phoning many shops in vancouver I spoke with Jason at aline and he had what i was looking for. Not only was he willing to ship the bike, he personally delivered it to my home approximately an hour away from the ferries. I was also expecting to receive the bike in a shipping box and i would have to assemble it, but he assembled the bike and brought it fully charged and ready to go! Excellent service.

Came in to try on and purchase some mtb shorts they had listed as in stock on their site over my lunch break.It was pretty quiet and other than the staff I was the only person in the shop.After inquiring in store about them I was informed that the shorts were in their warehouse down the block.They kindly offered to go get them from the warehouse so I waited around for about 10 minutes.After two of the employees went back and forth it was pretty clear that they were trying to pawn the job off to the other one.10 minutes later the clerk came up to me and said that the shorts would be too hard to find in the warehouse and that i should go so somewhere else.Lame.

Will give zero if there is one. Two years in a row put reservations on snowboards online, but was told the boards were sold at my appointments.
