Get locked out of your account and need to register again. Well expect long wait hours! I have been hold for 2hrs each since 12pm and have gotten 3 people that couldn't help so they transfer me to someone else. Each one of them were 2hrs+ wait time. 12am to 8:30pm. I only got 2 call back options. So remember all the information you put in your account, write them down so you don't have to wait and be on hold a whole day!
