I went there last week on Sunday around 03.00 pm. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Need to train her some customer service skills. Very poor on customer service.

A lady named taranvir cashier is so rude. I just asked her that if they have any paper to wrap up the toothbrush holder as it was delicate. She responded very rudely “no” . Its not that I visited this location first time but she is always rude. She made me write her negative comment here.

Dollar tree is excellent for so many reasons. Very low prices . A pretty good selection of pantry items such as can goods, cereal,soup, pasta,spices,chips,bottled pop, and water ,candies etc. Toothpaste,shampoo,party supplies,house cleaning products,pet supplies,greeting cards, eye glasses,socks,fake flowers,underwear,. So many things and all at really good prices too.

A girl KASHISH" on the front cash counter working today was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her something. She replied me so rudly. Managers please give her some training and teach her some customer service skills ."

Lady AngSo rude and don’t have knowledge about stuff in store.I asked her some product and she spright-way said we don’t have but after searching i find that product.She is so rude no customer service skills.Don’t know why dollar tree not taking action against her. I saw many reviews against her.Other hand dollar tree manager Aman is so nice and helpful.

ANG very rude old lady ad u can see there are several reports on her. She has no customer service skills and is extremely rude she also makes customers feel unsafe and un welcomed apparently she's a general manager however she hangs up the phone and is disrespect swearing at customers will be taking this matter much further. People have asked for this matter to be resolved in previous reports on her but no one had said or done anything. But I will be making sure this is done correctly surprised she has not been fired yet.

This dollar store has more stationery items than Dollarama. Masks are mandatory to enter store because of Covid-19. Thanks for putting Covid-19 preventive measures in place for your staff as well as patrons.

Frequency of Visit: Around twice a month for over a year and a half. Always after 5pm.Pricing: Best I could find in Surrey so far.Staff: Seems to be fine. On the issues other people have reported about rude staff, I have not seen personally. Medium rotation of staff every couple months. I don't really ask staff where to find things though, it is not that big of a store.Cleanliness: No problems other than young children sometimes messing with the products. Products are organized fairly well.Product Selection: PlIn general, price point is locked at 1.50 so there is some restrictions with product variation. Items however are pretty good quality for the price.Items include comprehensive cleaning supplies. Party supplies, construction hardware, small amounts of electronics, dental supplies, food, loaves of bread, spices, canned goods, some small clothing items like socks and scarves, kitchen supplies and tools. Cups and dishes, stationary, home decor. Candy and snacks.Parking: Loads. Easy Traffic. Red light allows for easy access to 88.Notable aspects: Everything in the store is locked to 1.50 as of End of August 2022. No longer a strict dollar store anymore with inflation, but even at the price of a dollar fifty, there are some really good deals. Only bad point is that they don't really stock that much on anything above $1.50, and some items may be a bit cheaper at other dollar stores as this one appears to be hard-locked to 1.50.One a scale of 10, this store is an 8. In comparison with other dollar stores, it's a 9.5. The best dollar store I've been to.

Old lady named Ang has no manner very disrespectful and aggressive she is crazy and dangerous has no respect and way too much attitude. I’ve seen her treat others so poorly. She doesn’t deserve to work there or anywhere with that attitude. She is disgusting. Almost ram a cart into my foot.
