Not Recommended – unsatisfactory finish, inadequate clean-up, poor communication and poor customer service.We hired Concrete Polishing & Sealing to finish the lower level floors at our commercial spa. There were two parts to the job. The first part was overlaying a previously finished section of our concrete floor. This was not completed in a satisfactory manner the first time and it had to be recoated. The clean-up and the finished floor coating were satisfactory once fully completed.The second part involved sealing and coating a concrete floor in our pool area. The coating process was starting from bare concrete and required the application of several layers of material. This work was done in May 2021.Unfortunately, the floor finish and clean-up were unsatisfactory. The clean-up in the pool area has not been completed despite numerous calls and emails and on-site meetings. There are still stains on the tile around our plunge pool. The plunge pool and tiling was brand new at the time, and is now damaged.Secondly, the top flooring layer was to have a slip-resistant coating to reduce the possibility of spa guests slipping on the wet floor around the pool. Any grit added by the contractor was not adequate. We have since had to add our own grip tape to make sure the floors are slip-resistant.Thirdly, almost immediately following the final layer application, there was a wavy appearance to the floors. Then small bubbles or blisters began to appear all over the floor. This was reported to the Concrete Polishing & Sealing. At an on-site meeting in June 2021, the contractor argued that “hydrostatic pressure” from underneath must have caused the bubbles.We had been assured by Concrete Polishing & Sealing that the concrete had been tested for moisture before the application and this should have confirmed whether any extra treatment would be required before applying the floor covering. Our research, input from a flooring specialist and the material supplier indicate that product or improper application likely caused the bubbles.To date, Concrete Polishing and Sealing has refused to do a proper clean-up on our plunge pool tile or correct the bubbling on the floors.------Although we appreciate your response (below), you continue to ignore important facts and your “update” provides no indication as to what you intend to do to resolve the flooring issues.You have not shared any additional “analysis” or the results of any “test samples” with us. A Sherwinn-Williams representative has not been on site to see the problem first hand.The facilities in the pool area were not in use immediately prior to, during or after your work or before the bubbling became evident. Therefore, these facilities could not have contributed to the bubbling.You state that you “had applied the exact same epoxy and technique throughout.” However, the pool area was done at a different time, your own proposal described a different process with extra expoxy layering for the pool area and the pool area was bare concrete while the other areas you coated had already been sealed and coated by another contractor. As previously mentioned, we would be happy to engage an independent subject matter expert to assess the bubbling.Your epoxy residue on our plunge pool tile was carelessly splashed on by your crew and should have been cleaned immediately after your coating application. Our general contractor also agrees with this.In conclusion, we stand behind every word in our initial review. We expect that you would clean the stains left on our pool tile by your crew and either redo the pool area floor or provide us with a refund so we can arrange to have it done.

Our commercial garage concrete floor was long in needs of repair and protection.We contacted Concrete Polishing and Sealing, they came in and explained the options to get our surface restored and sealed (protected).Company did very meticulous job using variety of industrial fillers and patch material for repair, then applied multi-layers coating system making our floor impervious , monolithic and really nice looking overall.  Crew was a hard working and knowledgeable.Thank you guys, we may use your service and expertize in future and we are definitely happy to recommend Concrete Polishing experts to others.

From start to finish a very pleasant experience. Thank you to Youri who set up the contract and to Hector and Sam who completed the on site work (preparation of cement floors for installation of engineered hardwood in a condominium). Youri asked all the right questions, knew exactly what was required was reassuring and inspired confidence. The crew, Hector and Sam were very competent, hard working, professional and ensured the work was done to the highest standards. The site was left very clean as was connecting hallways in the complex. I recommend CPS Ltd. without hesitation.

Let me start off by saying Concrete Polishing and Sealing was an absolute delight to deal with. From the very first interaction with the company, you begin to realize that every employee of Concrete Polishing and Sealing strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and are extremely attentive to each client's needs and desires for their particular project at hand.For our project, we required a space in our home to convert into a gym and the decision was to enhance the existing attached garage into the space we desired. Not only did we wish for the space to be comforting and inviting to workout in, we wanted a floor that only looked fabulous but also durable enough which could handle all the traffic associated with a gym. Our findings lead to polishing the existing concrete floor and sealing the floor to have a real industrial gym like look yet fancy enough for neighbors passing by to get a second glance and question the space (floor in particular). Let me inform that we were absolutely thrilled what Concrete Polishing and Sealing were able to do for us and many neighbors are envious of our new space.These days it is extremely difficult to find a company that is not only trustworthy but also has competitive pricing coupled with making every effort towards customer service and excellence. At Concrete Polishing and Sealing, we found just that. At every step in the process, whether that was speaking with the president of the company Youri throughout the duration of the project, or speaking with the skilled employees Hector and Alex, they kept us informed and abreast of how the project was progressing. The company was always prompt and on time for each workday or meeting, they respected and adhered to the schedule that was put in place, they were extremely cheerful in attitude, and remained always positive taking pride in the work they performed.A review wouldn’t be a review without some constructive criticism and as such, I really don’t have any criticism to say about the work they did and the outcome of the project. I guess the only item I could mention is the extra time and money (a day and a half of work and an extra $400.00) I had to put into the garage to fix some damage to the walls from the massive machinery the employees were working with, however, I took this as the cost of doing business and achieving the results we had dreamt of. Which may I add, were spot on. We love our new garage floor.Overall, if you wish a company the singles out every customer or client they have as important, performs their tasks in a timely professional fashion, creates a floor that rates the highest in overall customer satisfaction, is reliable, dependable and trustworthy, you need not to look further than Concrete Polishing and Sealing. This company is true about concrete masters!Firstly, I met estimator and was impressed with professional approach to my needs and detailed explanations which convinced me to go ahead with my garage resurfacing project.Secondly, worker crew show up always on time. Project was scheduled for 3 days and guys did day routines with passion and skills. They removed with special concrete grinder machine top layer of concrete floor which was damaged by winter salt, smooth out sharp corners and make ready the surface.All leftovers from cracks and potholes were cleaned up and filled with specific hardener which also levelled the surface to even.Flakes and top epoxy coat finished it up.Job was complete on time and I’m very satisfied with result!I was never seen my garage floor so brilliant so that I was stimulated to repaint the walls and ceiling in order to complete upgrade look of my garage!Again, Concrete shine company did everything above and beyond of expectations - definitely recommend this to every garage owner!
