Lovely humans, delicious cookies and coffee goodness. Very much enjoy the Burnaby Heights location in particular, so much seating and in such a beautiful kind neighbourhood.

Friendly staff and great and consistent coffee. As a man for women right. Bring back women only washroom please. Every time my wife goes to the washroom there I feel bad for her because its not healthy as there are stains all of the rims and other health concerns it’s impossibly to clean it regularly and more concerns for young female. All JJ bean coffe shops need to bring it back. Both her and I are big JJ fans and don’t want to stop coming but I will consider it.

I really like coming here because of their huge patio, which is perfect for bringing your dog. I recommend trying their croissants as they’re baked fresh daily. My fave is their almond croissant, filled with custard. I love their espresso lattes but decided to try a chai tea latte. The chai flavour was lacking, but I like that they sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Looking for a down to earth, minimal fuss and true grass roots coffee joint? Then look no further. One thing of many I love about this chain, is that they don't charge extra for dairy free milk options, have a huge bunch widely available to help yourself.JJ Bean is awesome and totally underrated, this is my new go to coffee house around Hastings. All their locations are aesthetically well decorated, have yummy baked goods and talented baristas whipping up tasty drinks! A great selection of Espresso ranges for any kind of tastebuds. This was an awesome soy cold brew to go on a hot day.This specific Roasters also has a phenomenal plethora of both indoor and outdoor comfortable seating. Full honesty, this is one of the sweetest coffee joints you'll witness for a long time and is dope.I just wish they'd setup a loyalty scheme reward program would be awesome.

This is the best coffee shop in the North Burnaby area. You walk in to see clean and beautiful decor, and a great display case. I ordered the Spinach and Feta breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino. The sandwich was very flavourful and felt homemade. The cappuccino was extremely smooth with zero bitter taste (just the way I like it). I liked the coffee cup lid - easy to drink out of and you can see the latte art! 5 star service as well.

A good location for good coffee and some baked goods. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is well keep and tidy. There are lots of parking around.I'm so glad that they still offer mugs and plates for eat in. It has a good patio outside too.If you visit this area, this is the right one for a break.

I go here frequently…. I’m currently on night shift and I don’t know what I would do with a frequent Americano from this place. I’m super grateful for a coworker telling me about this cafe- it’s two blocks out of my way on my route to work and I wouldn’t have known just how close it was had he not told me.The Americano here is one of my favourites around and I’m a fussy coffee drinker… i have had about 4 or 5 different baked treats and they’ve been incredibly tasty each time. Tonight I tried a sandwich and it was good, I’ve had a wrap in the past and it was great.Each and every one of the staff members have been friendly and I love seeing the regulars every single morning when I’m working dayshift.
