Staff seemed to be disinterested in customers. Did not offer assistance and seemed annoyed when asked for help. I was more than happy to drive to Adrenaline Sports for a hat. Their service is outstanding. I was greeted at the door, assisted with my purchase and then thanked for coming in.

Every time I walk into the place it’s the same incompetent woman working the till. (More then one women work here it’s just specifically her) big blue earrings… needs to go through customer service training.I’ll be going out of my way to buy direct from teams or anywhere else for that matter.

Staff are nice, but the store is too small. Especially if they are running the embroidery machine as someone has to stand by it while it runs.Prices are good if you're buying more than 2 hats.

Wasn’t even shopping there. Baby was just having a little tantrum in front of the store (not inside), and the lady working there just shushed us. Hey, if parents could make a baby stop by shushing, parenting wouldn’t be so hard, would it? Having an attitude towards the parent and baby doesn’t help, just makes it worse.
