Zap Zone Fun Center

Purchased a package that included 4 attractions. After requesting to use laser tag, we were told we must wait until a large party showed up. There was no time limit… after requesting a refund we were told “our package didn’t qualify” since purchase on the terminals and not at the tills. Had to ask to be served at the counter when cashing in tickets. Overall not a great experience.

Spent New years eve at zapzone this year, couldn't be happier with the outcome. The staff was amazing, super helpful, polite and friendly. The pizza was delicious. All of the games were enjoyable and considering how many people ended up coming for this event, I think it turned out better than expected!!!! 10/10 Definitely a night to remember.

Went for a ladies' event and was immediately struck by how clean it is. A round of laser tag is reasonably priced ($10) and if you buy tokens, they are good for 5years. We had a group of 6 women and entered a large group which included 6 children and one other adult. I was unsure of how that'd play out but we had SO much fun! The game host was entertaining, knowledgeable, and SO patient with the little ones (man with a beard). Honestly, having little ones thrown into our group was not a hindrance at all due to the game style (we played zombie mode vs. teams). Overall, it lasted an hour, although we were informed it could be as quick as 20min. The layout was great and we plan to take our husbands next time for laser tag, and our kids for the arcade portion.

Just had my son's birthday there and wow! What a great experience! And VERY reasonably priced!The staff were very nice, checked in often and we're very helpful. The place itself was very clean. All the kids AND their parents had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend booking a party there.

Had my daughter's birthday party here and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend having your child's party here. The pizza was great and our host did his best to keep us on track. The only recommendation I have is non carbonated drink options for the party, as almost all the kids didn't want pop. Iced tea or fruitopia would be great options!

Went to play a little family glow golf. We had the course to ourselves, which worked out nice because we were playing with young children. The kids were excited to see what was waiting around the corner at the next hole. The course itself could use some matinence and some upgrades but it was a good course. We had a great time and the kids can't wait to go back to check out some of the other activities there.

We had our daughters birthday party there today and everyone had a great time! Laser tag was fun, the food was good, the staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean!

Best place in Windsor to host your child’s birthday parties! The owner, Jeff, went above, and beyond to make sure my son Aiden’s day was a special one. Very clean, organized, delicious pizza, friendly staff, and wonderful games and activities, and be sure to check out the new virtual reality game- supercool! Reasonably priced and great for all ages! I couldn’t be happier and that is why we choose to celebrate my son’s birthday here year after year! The kindness and attention to detail by the owner and staff always exceeds my expectations.
