We had a smaller job that was pretty minor to give us peace of mind before proceeding with a renovation in our basement.Small or not, Cole and crew took it on and did a great job. Will feel great building a new bathroom knowing what’s behind the finished walls is no longer going to be a concern.The team was neat and worked fast. The site was cleaned up after really well. Cole and crew were experts, experienced, and efficient. This was a complex job that involved bracing three walls, it was completed on time, and within budget of the original quote. We had three businesses come to assess and give quotes. Regina Basement and Bracing was the only company to include the engineers report in their quote. Otherwise we would’ve had to pay extra out of pocket to hire an engineer on top of the quoted price. Highly recommend to friends and family and our Whitmore Park neighbours.

After the June 3rd-ish storm in Regina, I set up an appointment with RB&B as there was pretty severe cracking in my basement walls, allowing water to POUR through my walls. I booked with them on June 5th for a June 14th appointment at 12 noon over Facebook, and avoided doing my own patch work in the basement because I didn’t want my work to get in the way of professionals. Now, June 14th has come and gone, nobody showed up or responded to my message to confirm if they were coming, nor did they let me know they couldn’t make it, and now we’re under another severe thunderstorm watch with walls still open to water coming through them. Had I known I’d just be ghosted, I would’ve at least TRIED to fill the holes. Super unimpressed and don’t intend to go through them.

We had some last minute changes and they were able to arrange their schedule to get the extra work done within a week. Communication was awesome and they kept on schedule. Easy to deal with. Every guy in the crew was personable and friendly. Process was navigated with ease. Their quote and final price wasn't out to lunch. Job was done relatively clean, considering what has to be done. Everyone was more than helpful, offering extra help where needed, as I've had shoulder surgery, and still recovering. Contact was great. Service was and has been great. Can't think of a negative for this interaction.
