Great place to get a truck washed up, cleaned up and good to go. Got my new truck washed up there, and did a great job.

Recently I have done my car detailing with cap-it and I got unsatisfied service from it. I have purchased a gold base detailing service plan and it does not provide me full service. here they include different services including shampoo seat detail floor mats, carpet...etc. and I got improper service. I purchased a gold base plan, especially for the shampoo wash of my car seats but it seems they didn't touch it and it looks like same as before. Its worst service they provided to me. I am very disappointed with this service. They have done clean glass but still water spots are there. It seems like they have vacuumed only and done the car polish nothing too much they have done with my car. I have talked with manger for same and they take my car second time for detailing and they clean my car again but still some stain are in my car. It's bad experience for me.

Son-in-law bought a truck (used) from Key Chev had to take it back 5 times..yes 5 times and was not even done properlyThe last time it was in .my son in law was told that 2 associates worked on it for 4 hrs ...that is 2 people @4 hours each.=8 hours..that should be spotless..but nahTook it to my father in law who does it at his home...

This is the only place my wife and I take our vehicles, fast affordable service with every cleaning option you could ask for.
