I am very disappointed. I had 2 interviews for 2 different positions that i was over qualified for but they didnt hire me because i have 5 month old twins. I expressed that I was desperate for work because twins are very expensive and that is the reason why I am motivated to get back to work so soon. I added that there is someone that is going to be looking after them so i can focus on work. I honestly don't know what to think because I did work for the company they recently merged with, Arvato Digital Services. I dont understand why and how i am not qualified for a job i had in the past when i had less experience in the service industry.

Worked their for 3 months and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. No workplace ethic, arrogant seniors and no hands-on training at all. They just dump you to figure things out. The worst part is no matter how hard you work, someone tries to bring you down and you get the worst shifts. Favortism and compliant culture is the norm. Not an ideal platform for professionals.

I had the opportunity to work in this organization. Personally I would say they need to be recognized for the opportunity they give to people to prove their capabilities as well as been one of the highest employer in the region. My stay in the company was quite a new and enlightening experience. Pay is not the highest in the industry but one would understand based on their employment rate. There’s also opportunity to grow within the company with self development resources available to employees. I would recommend working here

One of the worst company i have worked for.

Don't even waste your time applying unless you enjoy terrible management, favouritism, unsupportive HR, low pay, and even worse shift bids. There are far better call centres and job opportunities in town.

If you really are looking for a good job where people know what they are doing . A place where you will not be discriminate, put you down and treat you like you don’t matter ;I’d recommend to NEVER apply here . Worst job I ever had . Trust me is better to work at a fast food restaurant than work in this s hole .

All of the other one star reviews are correct. This is a horrible place to work. Take it if you have nothing else, but keep looking for a new job.Management is horrible and ineffective. They can't seem to plan more than a few days in advance. They constantly push their problems down the line. They're awful all around.

This is located in Waterloo near Highway. It is an amazing place to work with the staff is too kind and polite.

It was my first job in Canada. I was glad to meet some talented individuals who worked with me directly or indirectly. There are good and bad things about every company but I think you can't complain about everything. I personally know some good folks there who have been doing a great job. One of the worst company that I have ever worked. Supervisor will feel like the owners of the company. They will ask you to show your room, switch on the camera etc. each and every second the supervisor main goal is to terminate you. One supervisor will come and say “Quality” matters in your overall work. And other supervisor on shift comes and say you did only some work rather than others. One person need numbers and on the other hand that person needs quality work. Also, just offering wfh and they pay you very low wages. I got paid 15$ where the minimum pay was 16$ at that time. Myself and my friends were terminated from the company without saying any reason. Great company to work with you, Majorel!Thank you,
