equipment is clean and works well, wish there were more updated tanning beds but in comparison to other tanning salons in the area they do have better tanning beds here.staff has always been friendly and helpful.

How did I not know about this? I can stem, tan and get a hydro massage in an hour....Or slimsteam, red light therapy and massage chair.The combination is endless and I'm hooked!

Love this place. The package deal for gold package gives you a lot of options. Stay away from the spray tan here though. It ruined my life for 2 weeks and had to hide from people to get it to go away and it was so choppy and so orange on lightest setting.The people who work here are super sweet, they explain everything, I enjoy this place like a second home of spa services and normal tan.

Scammers.Haven't used their services in 2 years.Can't stop my payment through the bank and they refuse to stop my payment even though I want to cancel. They just keep taking money for a service I don't want to use. Buyer beware.

The location is nice and my tan turned out good. However I have never been up sold so many products/services in my life. The person helping me wasted at least 20 minutes of my time trying to get my to commit to more services when I made it very clear I was only there for one spray tan. Given it was my first time there I understand the need to go over details and explain the process but she was so very obviously trying to sell me products and services that it became irritating even after I told her I would be moving out of province in 2 weeks

Worst spray tan I have ever had. First off the website says it’s $39. I was charged $50+. It was incredibly streaky on my legs, hands and arms(like half my arm wasn’t tanned). Colour is coming off patchy. Just avoid if you can

Friendly service and they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed! My first time here for a spray tan and will not go back to Fabutan ever again. Fabutan would not let you tan in their booths unless you proved to them you had lotion, if that’s not bad enough if you only had a packet they actually looked up when you bought it to see if you hadn’t used it the last time. always trying to upsell youPlanet beach was a superior place overall

I made an appointment today to go tanning as I have a month unlimited on my file. My tanning package was purchased last year as a gift and when purchased was told they indeed do not expire.Once I got to the salon today the staff member told me that my minutes have expired even though they were never activated. She then called the owner Marissa and asked if there was anything she could do she refused and said they're expired nothing we can do for you. I was obviously upset. This wasn't the first incident I've had at this salon.I left the shop in tears wondering how I've spent $300 there on minutes and lotion and not even able to use a bed.(I had also bought a $200 bottle of lotion (last year) based off what staff member said she completely sold me on it. I later realized it was way too dark ( didn't use it just put a dab on my finger). A few days later I went back to the store and the same lady who sold it to me said she wouldn't exchange it. I was stuck with it. That interaction deterred me of going there up until today.)It was only once I said I'd be leaving a google review did I hear from the manager to make things right".The staff member then called me about 10 minutes after leaving and apologized (calling me the wrong name). Apparently she spoke with Marissa again and she would now like to honor the package. I let her know I was not interested in supporting a business that treat customers that way.Marissa who apologized for her "new hires" mistake at reading the computer (she's been there since last year)
