Super professional quality and great communication with the customer. Jeff was my mechanic and he explained all the course of diagnostics and gave me practical options to go with. Great value and happy that I found this place near our new home.

The Manager Jeff, may have saved me from costly repairs, maybe even from having a really bad accident. I tow a travel trailer and Jeff found a crack in one of my rims. I would never have found that. Had I been towing my travel trailer on the highway and had a major failure like that with a tire, I would hate to think about what would have happened. Jeff is great at what he does. He explains everything to you in a way nobody else has. He won't scam or lie to upsell you parts. He is honest and will give you all of your options, in a concise manner without any BS. Which is refreshing because most companies are willing to take advantage of the mechanically challenged. So cheers to CCI for having Jeff around. Keep up the great work!

I have used Jeff at CCI twice now for service on my BMW X3 and both times had very capable and friendly service. Both times the repairs were challenging but he got them done for a reasonable price.

Excellent people. Easy to deal with. Honest mechanics. I've been to plenty of shops in my time and none are as honest as this one. Jeff tells you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Absolutely fantastic service. Had an issue that the VW dealership could not find, Jeff knew what it was almost instantly and have had no problems since. 10/10 would recommend.
