Cards every time canceled, stairs down stairs up, phone in the room occupated, unreachable reception, rooms clean up every three days ??? no new towels, no coffee.... No breakfast on morning no delivery !!! ...TIm Morton 7$ card replace !!!, 20$ for apologize....and you pay the price !! go your wayA fridge as a bedroom !! no worth than 80 in a motel deplorable service. training of reception staff is essential. even if by claiming they answer.

Quality Inn & Suites - Gatineau
Worst place I have stayed in a long time. I understand they are currently renovating (it very much needs it) but that doesn't excuse regular prices for the current state of this place. Also, breakfast was a cold box of a few items that were gross. The boiled egg was slimy, the croissant was bone dry, etc. Not recommended at all until they are done renovating and they provide what they advertise.
