Tow truck driver Brad was very helpful and professional.I didn't know where to take the van after an accident, Brad suggested the Htowing yard.Do yourself a favour; Don't let these people store your vehicle.Have it Brad tow it to wherever your insurance company tells you.Call the number on your pink insurance slip.The Htowing yard is an easy choice as you don't have to pay upfront... sometimes easy isn't the best option.

Great service today had caa come 3 times and couldn’t figure out how to tow my car due to situations and Jay came and did it in got it on hoist in 15 minutes also the girl on the phone was nice and friendly and shout to Zach for setting it all up cheers!

I hired HTowing to take my project car on a flatbed truck to a bodyshop for paint, and then bring it back home when finished. They had the best price of 3 companies I contacted, courteous drivers (Kyle and Chris), and were available on 1 day's notice. I would definitely call them again.

From start to finish this company was a pleasure to deal with. The dispatcher I spoke to was great to deal with and had one of the trucks promptly. The driver that came to tow my vehicle was very helpful and was able to help me to get the car to move to avoid having to use the dollies (and additional charges.) While many other companies would take the upsell I appreciate that this company does the little things right.

I didn’t get his name but he was driving truck #003 , came in the time frame he said very nice guy got my bmw delivered home safe even helped boost my other vehicle out of the drive way other than the great service I find them a bit expensive for only 5 km I got quoted $155 with tax I would stillRecommend them !!! Had my car towed on the weekend (Saturday) from a friends place (someone called the towers). The place was unfortunately closed when I went to go pick up the car the same evening. There was some issues trying to get in touch with the staff there on the Saturday and Sunday. As a result the car was there until Monday. When I arrived on Monday and found out how much I owed in their opinion ... some fireworks commenced on both sides. Lol. There was some misunderstandings on both sides of the argument as to what transpired (we couldn't access our car or get into contact with anyone to release it in a timely manner) and understanding of industry rules (towing and storage fees). After the smoked cleared and we realized that there were some good talking points on both sides we came to an amicable agreement.The one thing I want to say in this post is based on some of the reviews I read I thought I was going to have major issues with the lady" in the office and it was the opposite

Very pleased! Called them on a Sunday. They answered immediately and my tow was immediately available (was there to pick me up in less than 20 mins) . I have never had to tow a vehicle before so I cannot comment on pricing but I think was a reasonable price. And with the service provided I was extremely pleased tow operator was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Htowing

Great service Can't remember the drivers name but he was very helpful Drove me to the Police Station to file a report and even drove me home Couple days later went to clean my car out no problems whatsoever I would really like to Thank Stephanie for helping me out with my things I would highly recommend them

Had a great experience with Htowing, customer service stood out. Fast, responsive, and very accommodating during a very inconvenient situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
