This martial arts school is great so far! I find they have a holistic approach to teaching all levels at the same time. There is a positive feeling derived from training with teammates from various levels and you leave the class feeling like you really worked out.

This a great school that is great for all ages, it instills discipline, respect, team work and focus. I always enjoy attending the class, its a great mental release after work or for everyday stresses. Great way to stay in shape as well and positive atmosphere .

I started my kickboxing classes 5 months ago. I had never practiced it before and now I just can't stop. I love the ambience, people are really welcoming and friendly. Sibok is a great instructor, he's patient and he's really concerned about his students to improve every day. He takes his time to get sure everybody is doing fine. He's a pro! What of the things I love the most from the school is that the Patenaude team also offers training camps, conferences, and fight nights. It's really exciting. These people are really passionate about their job...Tough training! Nice environment! I recommend it 100% :)

I've been taking Kung-Fu classes in the Montreal school on St-Denis near Jean Talon for about a year and a half now, and I absolutely LOVE IT. I'm hooked. Every class is different, and always fun. The other students are friendly, and I'm always excited to go. The classes are a great workout, and I've gotten stronger, more fit, and more confident that I could defend myself in any dangerous situation. Highly recommended.

I have been training in Montreal Fang Shen Do school for over 15 years now.What keeps bringing me back is the fun, intensity of the workout and dedication of its instructors. Through the years It helped me develop as a martial artist but most certainly as a human being. As martial arts and zen is a way of life, I keep going back to master myself, body and soul.I would recommend this school to anyone serious about achieving their goals whether its getting healthier, in better shape or getting an edge on life. You will find passionate people and a system to accompagnate you on that journey.
