No one came to even say hi, and after having a sales person just tug a jacket out of our hand to give it to another client, we left... Too bad for them as we would have bought a few suits.... No Service at all....

Honestly bad customer service.i just went there to change the size and the person in front was so rude to me. I asked for help and nobody wanted to help me. Never going back there again.

I came here after experiencing a lack of service at another Moore's. I really didn't expect that I could experience any worse then the first location however however the salesman here really did hit it out of the park for doing worse than I experienced the first time at Moore's. I'm not high maintenance, in fact I'm so far from it, however a suit needs attention and a lot more attention than here are the 44s" and then walking away. Literally.So I bought elsewhere that same evening."

Went in for a suit and was out the door in 45 minutes. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson, (Alessia I believe) went over my needs and quickly found what I was looking for. Definitely an enjoyable shopping experience from someone who does not like shopping.Good price, Excellent service. What can you ask for more !!

Ruined my wedding photos! I did 4 fittings and still the suit was too big on me. When I picked up I told them that k felt it was a little too big and they insisted I looked great. Against my better judgment I accepted their opinion but the suit was just terrible. They just didn’t want to fix it under the time crunch. The rental was expensive and I looked like I clown in my wedding. I do not recommend ever coming here. Terrible. Absolutely miserable.

Very decent place to buy cloth. I visited because I needed a suit and a blazer, if you fall on an older employee, then you’ll be taken care of, the newer employees lack experience and ethics, in business and sales. Unfortunately this is our new era.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!Fait sur mesure ? All the groomsmen were floating in their shirt, they even ordered the wrong suit for the groom !! Don’t ever put your foot there.And the manager - useless. He thinks he’s better than you and doesn’t know what customer service is.It’s very sad, I even explained that I’m a wedding planner and that if I received this service, I will never refer my clients to them !Don’t waste your time.

Just loved this place and their customer service.I went in to see if I could find a nice sports jacket, and to my surprise, I found 3-4 options in a very nice price range (exceeded expectations). Under $100 with a great fitting!Then, there was Arno - one of the managers who provided one of the best customer service. He helped me put a couple of sets and suggested good combinations without forcing me to buy anything. He has a great sense of color combination and is very kind.Eventually, I ended up buying their perfumes, too, which were too good.Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a new costume, go somewhere else, or make sure you know exactly what you're looking for. No one will help you. I went there yesterday despite no one offering to help me. I felt like a ghost in the store. On top of that, I took the risk to ask for help, the guy didn't dare look at me to give me instructions. I went to Amazon and ordered my costume. Next time I will go to Montreal.
