My experience with opa has always been amazing.I visited here Saturday evening and had an amazing meal.The cashier was so nice to me and that made my visit even better❤️

OPA is one of the best food corner in Surrey, having well oriented staff who provide the best customer service. It felt too delicious when I tried their chicken wrap with fries and their other dishes are also too good. Everyone must pay a visit over their. It is worth it.

Our school ordered food for 60 staff members. Our staff loved the food and said it was very tasty. They would have loved to have more tzatziki sauce since there was lots of leftover pita. Other than that, they kindly made accommodations to deliver and were on time.

I want to give negative star but google limitations:)The staff is really biased as I noticed the staff member(iqbal) was giving extra tazzikki to one customer without any reason and when my kid and and wife ask;Excuse me sir can you please give enough or extra sauce to me ? He replied sorry we charge extra,I will just recommend to keep your rules same to everyone and be polite pleaseeee.The customer service is really very poor.

On regular basis I keep visiting this location and always get amazing food and always find the staff to be really nice and welcoming. But giving low rating just because of the recent not so good experience because of this girl who made my pita wrap and fries on 13th Dec around 8:40 pm. The fries were not cooked properly as she took the fries out of the frier within just few seconds, the portion was really small and the wrap was not properly stuffed. That kiddo must be taught that people spend their hard earned money to get the food, so make it worth the money they are spending. Even her attitude/vibe was not so impressive. Seemed untrained. Low rating just because of this recent disappointing experience. Never had such bad experience at any of Opa s location before.

We ordered for a pita meal wrap and side fries. The girl who took the order was so rude by not only the way she talked but also the way she looks unhappy while preparations. We clearly mentioned that it should be a veg. Flafel wrap with NO onions. I don't know what was wrong with her , firstly she was about to put bacon in there but we pointed her out so she didn't. Secondly, she put onions and when we reminded her, she be like are u allergic to onions or u just don't like them" . They really need to improve the service."

Today i went to opa and had spanakopita with salad and it wad my first time i had food at opa. It has Excellent customer service and i changed my mind quite few times but the staff was very patient with me.
